We were selling our house and had two Milguad windows that would not open. Our home was 24 years old and not the original owners so the warranty did not transfer. I spoke to Tyler from the State Street store and he got me the new parts. Off I went to install them in the windows. After watching several u-tube videos on how to replace the balancers, my husband and I were still confused. I called Tyler to say I wanted to hire someone to install them. He said he would stop by that afternoon. It took him only a few minutes to install them and did not even charge me. Now that is service you just don't see anymore. Everyone at the store I talked to was so helpful and will certainly use View Point again.

I built a large upscale home in McCall Idaho ten years ago and from the very beginning choosing the windows and doors, among other things, was not an easy task. Thru the entire process you could not ask for a more helpful knowledgable group of people to work with. Over the years from the smallest of issues that may have come up, to anything of significance, they have ALWAYS been there for me with service that consistantly went above and beyond with was required. I have never done one of these review things before, for anyone, however they have been SO above the usual standards that I was motivated to pass my experience on !!

My home is 10 years old, and had a front door that was popular 20 years ago. We decided to update with a knotty alder solid wood door, and not only found that View Point has access to the largest selection, but their prices made this a very easy decision. Once delivered, the door needed some custom fitting, and the installer was extremely thorough and very professional. He even took a look at my other exterior doors to make sure everything was closing correctly. He was not put out at all to do everything right. We've had our door up for a couple weeks now, and still find it surprising how much a new front door can update the look of your home.

Working with Viewpoint on our new construction home was a pleasure. They have the best price in town and are definitely the most knowledgeable. The staff was an asset in identifying the best product for our desired style, not an easy task in the required price range. They were patient and provided several options and suggestions.

Visited the beautiful showroom in Boise and worked with a very professional sales person that helped me with doors in my home. I would recommend this company and my sales person Gene for doors and windows. They have incredible follow-up and completed the project ahead of schedule.

We built a 6000 sq ft home and Viewpoint was the company that was in charge of our windows, over 100! First, the brand they installed was bad and we've had to have many of them replaced because they didn't hold a seal. Also, when our builder called Viewpoint on his radio he had it on speaker phone and my husband and I happened to be standing there. Our builder asked when our screens would be delivered. The Viewpoint guy said said he'd drag them over behind his truck! Building a home is hard enough without having difficult supplier. Also our screens have never worked correctly. They stop an inch from the jamb and we have to lift them a little to close them the rest of the way. I guess Viewpoint got the last laugh. Don't do business with them!
