We hired Carla as our designer and general contractor to update our Kitchen. We wanted to open up the floor plan to create a space for entertaining, while adding plenty of storage space. Carla is very knowledgeable and guided us through all the steps in the process. We ran into a few minor issues but in the end our kitchen came together beautifully. All our friends and family love the new design.

She was very honest with her recommendations and I’m glad that she was the contractor that I choose for my project, or I would have spent my life savings in a kitchen that would have be damaged , with humidity. It has been 1 month since the completion of my kitchen renovations by Gemini Design Group, LLC founder, Carla and I’m still awed every time that I step foot into the kitchen. Carla’s vision of combining my dining room with my kitchen not only changed the layout but promised functionality. In addition to Carla’s design, her recommendation of materials such as quartz, custom cabinetry, low maintenance flooring and color (grey/blue) created an oasis where my home tells a story. With the addition of the island that not only provides seating for 4 but provides me the ability to perform my virtual work due to available power. The renovated kitchen now provides an extensive amount of cabinetry and countertops that will meet any chef’s dream but also introduces a coffee bar along 2 sets of pantries. Carla supervises each trade that comes to complete their specific area with key to detail; however, each professional trade was committed to pride towards their achievement, and made it effortless, because her trade is top-notch in their field. We did a major addition and renovation to our first floor of our single-family home. Carla the owner of Gemini Design was hired to design the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Through conversations and several in person meetings Carla was able to determine our style, taste and what we were looking to accomplish. Carla made suggestions and guided us in picking out cabinets, cabinet hardware, countertops, and flooring. She also provided input into the paint color selections for all the rooms. We are so pleased with the results that she will be hired for our next master bathroom project. We couldn’t be happier with the overall look of our new addition.

Highly recommend Carla Gaeta of Gemini Design Group. I first interviewed several other bathroom designers before meeting Carla. I could immediately tell she understood what we needed; I wanted to reimagine our master bath from one with almost no storage (basic vanity/mirror) into a hotel-type of bathroom that was not only functional but luxurious. Carla maximized the space by creating a custom-designed wall of cabinetry that fit the space perfectly. She included recessed lighting with dimmers and not only does the bathroom feel bigger and more spacious it actually is because of the way it’s designed. We wanted to keep the design aesthetic consistent with our master bedroom and closet; now all three maintain a cohesive flow in our color scheme, including hardware finishes and cabinet colors. We were very clear about a budget and she was able to help us stay within our budget because she allows you to purchase your own tile, fixtures, etc. and will give you advice as you go along. None of that “allowance” b.s.; we purchased the items we wanted to finish the look. Carla aims for perfection and uses craftsmen who are highly skilled in their respective fields; her attention to detail is over the top. She took it upon herself to have the granite installers re-do one area of counter-top because she insisted that it was not quite 100 percent. That’s her goal - 100% satisfaction. She cares about the final project as much as the homeowner.

After being in our home for 24 years, it was time for a redesign and updating of our kitchen. The most difficult step is finding a designer and contractor who will deliver on what you want. A chance encounter in one of our local retail establishments, is where I met Carla! Within two days, Carla came to our house, looked at our kitchen and living areas and provided us with a proposal and updated layout that we loved. Carla made the selection and decision-making process very easy. She has a great eye for design and knows what goes together and what would be functional for our family. The most important thing you need to know about Carla is that she did what she said she would do. The project was scheduled for 2 months and it was finished on time. Hiring Carla as our General Contractor provided the necessary cushion between the home owner and the sub-contractors. However, all the sub-contractors were professional, personable, did quality work, and finished their jobs in a timely matter. It was very obvious from day one that Carla is dedicated, hardworking and committed to making sure the client would be pleased with the final result. Another excellent asset of Carla’s was her constant communication throughout the 2-month period. We always felt like we were her top priority even though she had other clients to satisfy at the same time. What sealed the deal for us is when Carla brought homemade cookies for us and for the sub-contractors . YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH HIRING CARLA FOR YOUR NEXT REMODELING PROJECT!
