I wouldn’t use this company. I live in a house remodeled by them. They worked with someone who essentially flipped the house. Pretty much a lot of the work was superficial, sometimes incomplete, and sometimes non-functional. There was cement in the drains of the bathroom. Who does that? And they don’t stand by their work. We even had windows with missing lock parts. Painting began to peel less than a year in from the time they supposedly did the work. If anyone wants to see any pics, I’ve posted plenty on YELP. We have since hired someone trustworthy to correct their poor workmanship. Not too much we can do about missing parts to the window locks except to eventually replace the whole thing some day.

I absolutely recommend Gandia Inc, they did an exceptional job. My husband and I bought an old home that needed a lot of work. After meeting with a few companies we found on Houzz, we signed a contract with Gandia Inc. They are such a great team, Carmine is extremely helpful and kind. It wasn't the cheapest bid but it definitely was worth every penny. (this is my husband's account) Thank you!

Working with Carmine has been incredible! My husband and I are new homeowners and this was our first remodeling project ever. Carmine made us feel so safe during the entire process and we were able rely on him completely. Carmine and his team were kind, trustworthy, punctual, and remarkably detail oriented. We have remodeled our house three times over the years and working with Carmine was the very best experience ever. We felt that he always wanted to do the best work for us and that he took total ownership of the design and the construction at every step. What's so great about him is that he always respected our ideas but had a very gentle way of showing us alternatives that would work better in terms of design and architecture. He also worked perfectly with our architect. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen (down to the studs), laundry room and since we have an old house, he also had to do major framing, staircases etc. We also found that he always works with the best craftsmen so work progresses smoothly and is beautiful. There is never any construction drama. My dream is to build an entire house with Carmine and his team.

I've been trying to find a company that would help me remodel my house but got overwhelmed trying to choose the right one. I've heard so many stories about construction companies, so I decided to wait. Then I saw a house in my neighborhood being remodeled so I went and asked for the company they were using. I got extremely lucky to find Gandia Inc, Carmine is so knowledgeable. The first meeting we had at my house was full of information and he was able to help us figure out what was convenient for us. My husband and I learned so much from him throughout the whole process, he also had so much patience with the kids and all their questions. We are almost done with our home and can't wait to see it all done! Thank you guys!

Hartford Gandia was great when i asked for quality work they did exactly that, I have a full smart home system, which is as cool as it sounds! I took my daughter with me and there's a specific room she saw and completely fell in love with, so we went with them. My mom is friends with a high profile person who recommended them, just by him referring someone means a lot so we didn't even think twice about hiring Hartford Gandia. They really are great we were just going to do the kitchen but once we saw a few of their previews projects we decided to do the whole house. We added an amazing pool so needless to say the kids are pretty dang pleased and I got an amazing master bedroom upgrade so I have nothing to complaint about, worth every penny. Seriously amazed by their work and customer service

I highly recommend Hartford Gandia, I'm not local but I was looking to remodel my mom's home in LA for her birthday, so my relationship with the owner was mostly over the phone. I was very skeptical about people being at my mother's house while I wasn't there, but I am very happy with the results. Carmine is very trustworthy, my mom loves him and she's very happy with his work, she said everyone at Hartford Gandia is very professional and kind.
