Mel has been awesome - a great organizer, great taste, she pretty much got into our minds and knew what our taste and preference was even when i was unsure. With her help and contractors (who all were professional, timely and kept us informed at all times) our dream home became even more so. We redid the master bath, main bath, new carpet, new wood flooring, tile back splash in the kitchen - she even recommended some great painters. I am very pleased and recommend Mel Malsam!

Countertop replaced with new quartz countertop. Backsplash installed. New sink and faucet installed. Mel with Floor to Ceiling helped us with product type and style selection, ordered, lined up installers and coordinated installation dates and times with all trades and us. Everything went smoothly and the installers were all talented and contientious. The finished project is just what we imagined. We love it and have had many compliments

As an electrical contractor we work with many builders/contractors and working with the staff at Floor to Ceiling Store always is a pleasure because they are professional and organized and keep their calendar as planned(which is the hardest thing to have to reschedule because it's a domino effect) so it makes our job easier. The designers are pleasant and knowledgable about their product and job progression. I highly recommend them to anyone except another electrical contractor because you couldn't ask for a better customer.

Last summer I contracted with Floor to Ceiling for work to be done in our church. They did a fantastic job. Impressed with the job they'd done, I recently chose their company to do flooring in my home. Again, fantastic and professional and reasonable. Mel Malsam is really great to work with--she is professional, attentive to customer needs (i.e., she listens), down-to-earth, artsy, and product savvy. The floor installers, Randy and Jim, did a super job; they, too, were courteous and hard-working. I definitely would use Floor to Ceiling again for future jobs both in the workplace and in my home. I highly recommend Floor to Ceiling.

Mel was very professional and helpful. She was patient while I had a difficult time choosing a bathroom counter and sinks. She was also a great help in choosing back splash tile for my kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Mel to my friends.
