I have had two kitchens completed by Frank and was extremely pleased with both. The most recent project was completed in the timeframe promised and Frank was meticulous in his work. He was attentive throughout the entire process complete with detailed drawings and fair pricing. He has a knack for coming up with functional designs which work best for the space, utilizing the existing layout for the most practical yet attractive kitchen. We had a budget which he was willing to work with and while we had to remove some of the items on our wish list to stick to our budget, he was still able to deliver on a gorgeous end result. Frank's work ethic is second to none, his professionalism and positive attitude is refreshing and rare these days! We would recommend Frank without hesitation for any project and look forward to working with him again! Pictures below are before and after.

We hired Frank to do our Kitchen. - Disrespectful attitude Quoting one of his texts: "If it doesn't work on Wednesday at 8am then I will drop of the hinges and trim on your porch and you can install it yourself" - No workmanship warranty, project left incomplete and outstanding issues with workmanship: The trim Frank installed around the pantry is not level with the bottom of the cabinet. The toe kick for the pantry has a seam in it where Frank glued two pieces together instead of using a continuous piece. When asked if he can fix this, he stated "This will be the end of our project relationship. Please don't try to contact me any further." - Fails to keep promises or abide by the signed contract: Contract was drawn up, but Frank failed to abide by it. Once the cabinets were ordered and we noticed that the doors had paint issues, he offered $ 2500 off. As time went on the figure dropped down to $ 1500 and then to $ 0. I advised him that I wanted to hold off second installment until the doors issue was addressed. At that point he threatened to walk away from project if we didn't pay second and last installment ahead of time (which contradicted the contract)! That left us no choice but to pay in advance! - Customer satisfaction is lacking. Frank's range hood had a dent on chimney. When asked about it, he said "Oh it was ordered a while ago. Nothing can be done about it". I had to call amazon on his behalf to get it replaced. I discovered that many of the hinges were not slow-close as per the contract. Even after agreeing to replace them, he missed replacing some of them. - Limited design ideas: We came up with the design ourselves. - Limited involvement Frank did not take the initiative to translate the drawings on paper to the floor. I had to do it myself to ensure success of the kitchen project. - Lack of notice and care: The countertop install date came as a surprise to us. We had an hour notice on the day of the install. Moreover he had the countertop installed on top of the cabinets without cleaning up all his wood filings in the drawers. When working on the kitchen, Frank stepped on some of the undercabinet lighting damaging them. - Unappreciative of any assistance provided or work done: We ended up paying for some of the handles and directing him to where he could get the other ones at a discounted price, but were never acknowledge or thanked for this or any of the planning we did to make his job easier. - Pricing A kitchen design company (with more overhead) had quoted us the same as Frank, but regretfully we decided to use Frank thinking it would be better to deal with the owner/installer directly. Think twice before employing his services.

FB Remodelling did an AMAZING job with our kitchen renovation in our 100 year old house. The final kitchen looks big, bright, custom, and meticulously installed. We couldn’t speak higher of this this company. Please read about our experience below. We had 4 quotes from professional companies. Each company created floor plans that used pre fabricated cabinet units which would have required filling gaps with spacer peices. The cabinets from the other companies did not go up to the ceiling, making the design look extremely choppy. One company didn’t even listen to my requests and created a design that ignored my needs. Another company created a design around an awkward wall which would have resulted in the fridge door and oven door hitting each other if they were ever open at the same time. Needless to say, I was not impressed with these companies. Thankfully, Frank Banman arrived and I could tell INSTANTLY that he was amazing due to how meticulously he was taking measurements, listening to my wishes and the suggestions he was making. His 3D CAD design was beautiful, clean and the cabinets extended to the ceiling making the room look taller and brighter. The cabinets are custom made to fit the unique space of our kitchen. He modified the plans by mm in some cases to fit the specific appliances we purchased. His plans included all the measurements and information needed for other trades to do their jobs (plumber, electrician) and the counter top company he specifically works with (Sloan Stone) is the best in the industry in our area. When it came time to install, Frank did an incredible job. He had to cut out the wall on one side of our window to make the cabinets sit inside of the wall while the cabinets on the other side had to sit a few inches off the wall just to make the kitchen square. He came back to make crown moulding cuts so the tile guys could install the tile The kitchen looks absolutely fabulous, big, bright and high quality and you would never know it was installed in a 100 year old, wonky space! We have recommended FB Remodelling to anyone who talks about renovations and we would 100% use him again for other projects, built ins and in future homes!

I have multiple recommendations, we did a big transformation and knocked out walls for our home. Frank was here during the renovation to make sure everything was on time. He would then come back to ensure that everything was working out. Once we got everything down he installed the kitchen and cabinets and only took four days. He then came back to do a final inspection. He does 6-month checkups to make sure that you are still content with the products. I have no problem referring him to others. We contacted other larger professionals in the area and found that it was a pain to deal with, while Frank comes to your house and has the exact same programs and materials for more kitchen for less money, which I thought was outstanding. He came in a couple thousand dollars less than we would have spent with large companies and we got more for our money. Frank is very easy to work with and runs a good business.

Frank has created my dream kitchen! Very rarely does something turn out exactly how you picture it in your head. Frank listens to what you want and works within your budget. For a custom kitchen, the price was very inexpensive! I was so pleased with his work, I recommended Frank to a friend to do her kitchen and was blown away with her reno too GORGEOUS!!!

FB Remodelling provided a detailed design, supplied all cabinets, and organised and managed all elements of the entire renovation, including the granite counter supplier and plumber. We were well taken care of and highly recommend this company.The best customer service !
