Because of previous dealings with Sharon Turnbull (The Finished Room), when it came time to, once again, consider using the assistance of a designer, I immediately contacted Sharon. I was embarking on a home project that included reupholstering a sectional & a chair, designing pillows and cushions, and custom-making three sets of drapes. In addition to this, I wanted to consult with her on paint color choices. Sharon had a knack of listening to my concepts, making suggestions, producing samples (an unfailing ability to seek out the right products), and helping me with final selections. Prior to moving into my newly purchase townhouse I did a complete renovation. Window coverings for the entire unit were required and done by Sharon @ The Finished Room. Had the Finished Room make folding shades for our living room windows and patio door. Although we lived in another city from where they are located the owner came to our home, measured, suggested styles and fabric. Some weeks later the finished product was installed and they are beautiful. The quality of the finished product is excellent. Since moving into our condo in June 2012, we have worked with 'The Finished Room' on 3 projects.
