Davies is a first class company! The entire team is committed to providing their customers, suppliers and sub contractors with a great experience. I know, because I have been both a supplier and a customer multiple times! I have witnessed their quality and integrity for over 30 years and they do not compromise either! I highly recommend them for your project! On budget is my biggest concern, and they come through. On time is next and they do a fantastic job getting it done on time. If it runs over time, it is to meet my higher priority. ( on budget) I love having their stewardship in my behalf. I trust Davies Design Build.

Can't say enough good about Davies Design Build. As a custom home designer of high end homes, I appreciate a builder who has our clients best interest in mind. Davies works with clients through the process to keep them informed of costs, benefits, and possible repercussions of their design choices. It's great for us as it helps the design process run smoothly. Joel has his client's best interests in mind and doesn't shy away from the hard discussions that help clients stay grounded. Their quality of work and attention to detail are in line with the best of them. I highly recommend sitting down with them to discuss your next project!

Davies Design has done multiple remodel projects for our family and I would choose them every time! They remodeled a business/shop space for us, which turned out fabulous. This past year the company remodeled our living room! I love how it turned out. Their employees were respectful of my time and my house. We were still living in our house and they ALWAYS cleaned up each day as they were leaving. They put down plastic to protect my existing floors and plastic up to minimize the dust. Ed was always quick to respond to my questions and design questions. I would definitely trust Davies with all my construction needs! I love the spaces they have designed for our business and home!

Construction is super crazy so there were some expected delays but they communicated and kept us up to speed During the entire project! Terry had great ideas and was great at communicating. The HVAC guys and plumbers @ Fluide treally came up with to great solutions and helped when issues come up like they always do with Remodeling. Would recommend for sure !!!

Davies Design Build built two homes for our family in Lehi. Each one was beautiful, with many upgrades, for a really competitive price. Having built four times, I am continually impressed at what they're able to do while charging clients small margins. We've paid twice as much for general contracting fees with other builders. They are easy to work with, responsive, and do impeccable work. I look forward to seeing their new builds every year.
