My experience with Victoria was horrible. In September 2020, I paid her upfront to remodel my bathroom: $5K for her designs plus $17.5K for the remodel—which I understood to be the full price of the project. When the construction had still not started by February 2021, I asked for my money back (less the money she had earned for her time spent giving me her design ideas), but she refused. By May 2021, she finally started the construction. Once the project was actually underway (and my bathroom was demolished), she told me that I needed to pay the workers directly for additional costs, and assured me that she would provide receipts to show me the need for the extra expenses. l reluctantly paid as I needed to get back the use of my bathroom. Over time, with repeated demands for more money, I ended up having to spend $15K in addition to the $22.5K I had paid upfront. She has refused to provide receipts, but the receipts I was able to get directly from one of the workers (who told me he had been told by Victoria to NOT show me the receipts) showed that I was paying them 3x the amount that the supplies cost. By July 2020, Victoria completely ghosted me—refusing to respond to my numerous attempts to reach her by phone, text, and email. It is now January 2022 and after spending nearly $40K, my bathroom is STILL not complete.

Hire to stage a house. Turned the house into a showcase in a short time. Incredible to work with. First person to see the house made a full-price offer. Probably should have hired her before I set the price. Professional, informed, and extremely helpful. I have been in the real estate/building business for over 40 years and she is one of the best.

Victoria is absolutely awesome to work with. We purchased a home her team renovated and could not be happier with the quality of work and design. Our home was built in the mid-1970s but the inside looks like it was built this year. No detail was overlooked. Superior work all around. Adding to our experience, Victoria's team furnished the entire house! Her team made it easy. They walked us through every step of the process and the end result was a home that we are 100 percent satisfied with. I highly recommend Abode Design to buyers and sellers alike. Victoria is the best in the business.

Victoria Rogers of EVD oversaw a total gut and remodel of our condominium in Coronado, Ca. Not only is she a true professional, her bubbly personality and can-do attitude made the project enjoyable. She gave me lots of options and materials to choose from. Her workmen were also professional—I didn’t get one call from the building manager!! And this was a six month project.

Victoria was beyond awesome. We just moved to Coronado from Phonenix and were overwelmed with where to start with our kitchen and basement remodel. Working with OceanAire construction, Victoria got all we wanted and more accomplished and she is a great communicator. Couldnt be happier. I’m a real estate professional in Coronado. I recently had a chance to watch Victoria and her pro team completely redesign, build and furnish an older, dated home near the beach. The house needed freshening, electrical, plumbing, painting, floor refinishing, light fixture updates, bath updating, and overall -to be made “current”. Also needed full furnishings. In record time she touched every space that needed doing and accomplished an amazing transformation. She’s got endless energy, is always smiling and a professional, provides feedback and adjusts if needed. She is a true pro. Loved watching this transformation.

Victoria at L'Attitude Design-Build is a true professional. She has great ideas, accomplishes work quickly, and is very creative. I have not been a person who likes to deal with designers. I've always resented them trying to influence me to adopt their ideas. Not Victoria.
