Michael and I have worked together in many and varied capacities over the years. We have had a great working relationship and continue to toss designs and projects around together. I have seen first hand Michael's attention to detail both during the design process as well as while construction is underway. Michael has weighed in on projects as a designer, peer reviewer as well as a detail consultant. Michael has written specifications for projects, both single family residential as well as multifamily and commercial to ensure contractors build what is meant to be built. I continue to work with Michael on a regular basis for all the reasons above.

I worked with Mike Raso in one of the first jobs i had as an Architect. I found him to be knowledgeable about construction techniques and always looking to help problem solve when he thought he could be helpful. Running into him 30 years later as an owners rep for a municipal project, I found Mike even more helpful and problem solving focused. Mike was a huge asset to the project and I will make an effort to work with him on future projects.

I hired Michael for a complex design project. He astonished me with his vision of what was previously a bland and dated space could become. Michael kept coming up with creative ideas and went far beyond any expectations I had for the project. Michael was professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be using Michael for all future projects.

I've known Mike Raso for over 20 years when he was on the design team at Herb Newman Architects on our house in Gulf Stream Florida. His design aesthetic, execution and follow through were impeccable. We have kept in touch through the years as he embarked on his own projects, always maintaining high standards using the finest materials, finishes and thoughtful creativity. Were i ever to design/renovate another house in the northeast Mike would be at the top of my list. Definitely use him!!

Michael Raso (and Dvisionone) has helped me with two different projects, both large and complicated. He knows construction and houses inside-out. Without his expertise and his forward thinking, our projects would have cost far more than they needed to or, worse, failed. I can't imagine doing our future projects without him.

I have hired Mike Raso and worked with Dvisionone on multiple occasions. There is no question that he deserves all five stars. Our most recent project with him involved the finishing and interior design of our basement. It's absolutely beautiful! If you have yet to work with mike, hopefully you will be soon, and I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. Not only were my wife and I extremely impressed with Mike's knowledge, his professionalism, and his experience, but it was his attention to detail that sealed the deal for us. It took us a while to find the right architect, but it was worth the time we put into the interviewing. We are so thankful to have found mike and will never use anyone else for are future home improvement projects. He's friendly, he's educated, he's experienced, he's creative, and he's very respectful of your budget and your time. Thanks for everything Mike! Looking forward to working with you again on our deck!

We had a complex renovation project that involved an addition, a kitchen renovation, and a complete reconfiguration of several rooms in our house. We interviewed several architects because we knew we needed the skills of an architect to realize our vision for the house, both inside and out. We chose Divisionone for several reasons: collaborative style, consideration of both the exterior (including landscaping) and interior aesthetics, as well as a shared goal of making sure the entire space (new and old) "worked" well together. This last point was perhaps most important to us. We wanted the resulting, post-renovation, space to feel like it was designed that way from the beginning. We were not disappointed. Mike worked with us presenting multiple alternatives and making sure we stayed true to our vision as well as "good" design principles that we might not have been aware of. Toward the end of the planning phase, the housing market took a downturn, so we were forced to scale back a bit from our first choice. Mike helped us come up with the necessary changes to save money, while still preserving the objectives we outlined in the beginning. We routinely get compliments on the house for how it looks as well as how it's laid out.

We have worked with Michael Raso and with his firm Dvisionone Architects on many different projects in two homes over the past 18 years. Each time we have been impressed with Michael's attention to detail and sensitivity toward our needs and design requests. He follows every project from beginning to end and is always available should questions arise. Although we are just now wrapping up a major addition to our home, we are already looking forward to future collaborations with him.
