We would like to congratulate ourselves and thank ourselves , and give ourselves a big pat on the back for choosing DRT Custom Homes & Renovations to design and build our dream home located on Niagara on the Lake. Our dreams became reality when we moved in on March 2022. Mere words cannot fully express the satisfaction , and the happiness we feel when we think about DRT Custom Homes & Renovations. Since the beginning of the process of choosing a lot and planning the initial build, it felt like we were dealing with family and therefore building good relationships. The staff of DRT are so cool, calm and collected, we are always provided with service with a smile :) Roman, Isabella, Nick and Renee treated us with dignity and respect every single step of the way, all our questions and requests were answered effectively and clearly. Whenever we requested their guidance and advice, it was given to us with the best of intentions, we say this because when we actually performed the PDI of the new build at NOTL, we were so stunned and amazed that we were at a temporary loss for words! Taking showers inside the DRT custom made baths , all fully equipped with fancy fixtures feels so good , the tall glass showers with soaring ceilings feels great. In the great room, the towering ceiling together with the massive, enormous windows are truly a sight to behold. We thank Tom and staff of Cromade kitchens in cooperation with Isabella for a sensational and awesome kitchen layout with spectacular cabinetry. We thank Rhoda of Aristocrat flooring , jointly with Isabella for assisting us tremendously with the colour choices of the flooring, tiles, the countertops and paint. Rhoda’s colour suggestions and choices worked out perfectly. We also thank Christine of Colour concepts together with Isabella for advising and coordinating with us on window coverings and measurements for the entire house, and producing an elegant and fabulous display of sunset blinds and shutters. Each window covering was fitted to perfection, we are so happy with Christine, Ivano and her staff. We would like to thank Jessica of Goemans appliances for her fantastic guidance, coordination and support to us in relation to the purchase and delivery of all appliances. We would like to thank Mike and Ryan of Regional Signal for their excellent support with regards to the camera , media and alarm system installations. Our gratitude goes out to the maintenance staff of DRT for maintaining the interior of the house in a spotless, immaculate , dust free, and fresh condition before we moved in. Also, a very special thanks to Nataliya of BT Installs for coordinating the installation of the appliances. We would like to give DRT Custom Homes & Renovations a 5+ rating.

We've used DRT twice and would use them again. They are conscientious and use great trades, some of which have been with them since inception. Response times are great no matter how busy they may be and they are always interested in producing a quality project.

We used DRT for an extensive, 6 month renovation on a 3,000 sq ft house. From the start Isabella and Roman were professional and responsive. Questions and requests were responded to quickly and their advice was invaluable. The quality of the work they do and the trades they use is superb. Our kitchen was in desperate need of a renovation. We decided that we needed to update not just the kitchen, but our whole main floor area. Our home design is very modern, designed with a Frank Lloyd Wright inspiration. We knew we had to find a quality builder who would be able to combine what we wanted in a renovation as well as maintain the inspiration that exists in the home. We were referred to DRT by a work colleague, and from the first meeting with Roman and Isabella, we knew we had made the right choice. The project started before the Covid pandemic, and ran through the whole thing. Despite challenges with restrictions, every timeline was met with safety precautions being a priority. The professionalism of the trades and quality of work is second to none. Roman does not miss a detail, and follow up and service from Isabella is second to none. We highly recommend Roman and Isabella. DRT sets the gold standard in quality home building!!!

I usually don't write reviews, but after almost a year from the date when we moved into our new beautiful house, which was built by DRT Custom Homes, I decided to share my feedback with others. We have purchased a model home from DRT; the house has all the features and upgrades that I was searching for, it even exceeded my expectation; I can see the attention to detail in every room and area of the house. It's merely a piece of art; in addition to that, I found the DRT management team very professional with a high customer service level.
