His prices are very affordable, especially when you consider his designs pay for themselves with sun mapping technology (passive heating and cooling) careful consideration of materials and designs that builders can actually build. Our builder has commented many times the design for our house is well thought out and practical. Even as the build has started Dylan has taken the time to check on progress and assist with last minute enquiries. We are very much enjoying the build progress and observing Dylans stunning design come to life!
