David and his team were wonderful. We loved working with them and they did a wonderful job making the in interior and exterior finished product look great. They provided us with lots of options and were able to do more for less money because they have a cool steel frame system they were able to use. We work with a lot of contractors as real estate professionals and owners of rentals and David and his team are up in the highest tier.

David was very professional and made a big effort to get an egress window put in my rental promptly. His project manager explained the each step and did exactly what he said they would do. They cleaned up daily and worked hard to no disturb my tenants. The job was done on time and on budget. I give David and his crew the highest recommendation.

David called back right away. Kept his appointment, measured, quoted, then we ordered. They communicated throughout the process and did an absolutely amazing job. Benjamin and Will provided the majority of the on-site labor and were great to work with. They coordinated perfectly with the concrete cutting of the foundation for the egress window and well as the forms and concrete pouring. The window trim out is top notch inside and out. We couldn’t be happier. Two other window contractors never called, and one other that did verbally quoted on phone never having seen the house. No options, here it is take it or leave it. Dave gave us many options for window types including egress window choices. I will always highly recommend David McGee Contract Services. Amazing job!
