I requested an entire kitchen from Direct Depot and dealt with Bill who was extremely knowledgeable and nice. A month later he left Direct Depot and Jeff the owner took over. I paid in full for my cabinets as we signed the contract in 7/28/2021 (stupid me) and was told 8-12 weeks for delivery. Received the contract and it was written 20 weeks because of Covid. The delivery was supposed to be 1st week of December and Jeff is very hard to get and don't keep his promises. He will tell you I'll call you today and two weeks can go by without any return. He will get back to you after several attempts. For me he told me the delivery date changed and will be 1st week of January so I removed all the cabinet and started the construction. When I called him to check on the delivery he changed the delivery date for the 3rd time to be the end of February beginning of March!!!! Now we are week # 23 and until now did not get a definite answer on the delivery date even though I e-mailed Jeff my construction site living without Kitchen & bath in dust for God knows how long. Extremely disappointed from the running around and no honest answer because he got my money in full, so why does he bother. But as a client I will advise you not to use Direct Depot

Great cabinets and terrific service. We worked with Jeff Rambaldi to design a galley kitchen and desk/bookshelf unit for a home office. They take the time to do it right and made excellent design suggestions along the way. These guys are very careful, thoughtful, and responsive. The cabinets look beautiful and the installation, by Paul Primerano Construction, was seamless with great attention to detail. Pricing was reasonable and there were no "surprises" during or after installation. I would recommend both companies in a heartbeat.

Her confident personality gave us comfort knowing Kitchen Depot was the perfect company that would deliver our dream kitchen. Each cabinet was made with excellent quality and care. The cabinets were delivered in great condition and installed without any problems. They look magnificent and are an asset in our new home. The cabinets are beautiful and make our kitchen look gorgeous. I truly recommend Kitchen Depot because their service and support were remarkable. I appreciated Melissa’s patients and great advice on our kitchen design. We love our kitchen! It is a masterpiece.

Do not use this place. They are nice to you until they get your money. We have received the order in October 2017 and two items were damaged. I have emailed the dealer images of the damaged items and they told me that I will get the replacement the week of December 18. We are in January of 2018 and still no replacement. The owner, Jeff have first told me that some of the items will be FedEx, no items. Then he told me they were off for holidays, so I guess no one FedEx the items. Now he is telling me that his supplier doesn't call him back. Waiting to hear the next excuse, when he decides to return my call. I'm sorry I ever got working with them. My contractor is leaving me as he has other customers. I don't have a kitchen since October and don't know when I'll get it at this point.

I am SO glad that I chose Direct Depot. Having the services of an experienced, professional kitchen designer made all the difference between a mediocre kitchen and my wonderful new, magazine-spread kitchen. The manufacturers that Direct Depot carried were top-drawer, and their sample selection was totally amazing. When I compared what I'd chosen to other local sellers, their pricing really was the lowest. My cabinets arrived on the week that they said they would, and when I wanted to add an afterthought piece, it was no trouble and they got my extra cabinet really fast. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Direct Depot Kitchens.

I recently had a total kitchen renovation and purchased cabinets from Direct Depot Kitchens. I worked with Bill Hancock. He was thoughtful and took so much time to be sure every detail was just perfect. He really cared about the project from the time we first met and all the way through installation. He even came to my home when I started to second guess some of my ideas. He provided resolutions right on the spot. I would highly recommend both Direct Depot Kitchens and Bill Hancock to provide you with your dream kitchen.

Ha commentato: Any suggestions on how to turn this bed into a surf shack,tiki hut or beach cottage ?Search the term: trompe-l'oeil Then add "Beach" or "Beach Shack" or the like to the search. A mural utilizing this faux painting technique would be a really fun addition!
