Diane and her team staged a very large, historic, row home in Washington, DC for us. She listened carefully to what we wanted and what the owners wanted. She worked within our tight timeframe and within our budget. She did an amazing job - the house sold very quickly and part of the credit goes to Diane - her staging drew people to the house. Diane Field did a wonderful job staging my condo listing (2 bedrooms, 2 baths) . My client was concerned about the expense, so we decided to not furnish the bedrooms. This had no bad effect at all. The open floor plan consisting of kitchen, dining and living room looked stunning - and so did the bathrooms. The first impression did it all! The place looked beautiful and tasteful with a somewhat limited amount of furnishings - sometimes less is more. The staging was perfect and one of my guests at the first Open House fell in love with the condo and brought me an offer the very next day. I feel sure that the staging made all the difference and I would warmly recommend Diane to anybody. I cannot wait to use her again myself.
