My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the beautiful new Fabuwood cabinets installed in our kitchen. Cristina Maryott, design manager, spent many hours working with us in person and preparing the design. With her many years of experience, she made our job very easy in terms of deciding on various features and finishes for our cabinets. She visited our home several times to take precise measurements, meet with our general contractor to make sure the installation went according to her plans and to follow-up in person after the job was finished to promptly correct a couple of very minor issues. My wife and I highly recommend Cristina and Diablo Valley Cabinetry to anyone desiring great quality, experience and customer service!

DVC proved to be a perfect choice for us, and Christina was the star of the show. Christina was professional, patient and very skilled at helping us through our whole project. She spent a lot of time with us and brought forth a wealth of design experience and our end result was beyond what we had hoped for. Christina listened carefully to what was important to us, took the time to educate us, make suggestions, and guided us to the right cabinets at the right price. She also was great at paying attention to important details that we would never have thought of. Our cabinets were delivered when promised. Christina showed up at our home on delivery day to make sure everything was there, unloaded properly and undamaged. She referred us to an expert installer who was equally professional, very seasoned, great at communication, and most importantly provided a high-quality installation in a timely fashion. If you are serious about having quality cabinets and great results, I would highly recommend DVC!

I bought a great set of kitchen cabinets 15 years ago. DVC designed the kitchen that my wife has loved for years. We are moving now and the cabinets have signs of ware around the knobs from normal use I called DVC and Margie has gone out of her way to help me find the original color match for my touch up Painter . DVC was great back then and still great now.

We were referred to Diablo Valley Cabinetry and designer Lillian Toth by our contractor. Lillian worked with us to design and order vanities and shelves for two concurrent bathroom remodels. She is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process effortlessly. Her knowledge, expertise, and experience working for a contractor were very helpful for us especially when it came to the details regarding options and installation of the vanities. She worked with our contractor directly to address questions and concerns. Unfortunately, both vanities had some minor scratches and paint issues from the manufacturer. However, Lillian and the team at Diablo Valley worked with the manufacturer and a third party wood repair company to fix the issues quickly. Her fast follow through meant that the project stayed on schedule. Overall, we were very happy with the team at Diablo Valley Cabinetry and would highly recommend them!

We love our new kitchen cabinets and built-in entertainment center! The quality and style are exactly what we were looking for. The entire staff was very professional, helpful and the product was delivered in a timely manner exactly as promised!

We scheduled an appointment with Hope Garcia in late November ‘20 anticipating a February ‘21 start date for our kitchen and master bathroom remodel. Hope understood our budget and directed us to beautiful cabinets within our price range. Her thoughtful approach to our existing kitchen layout created a design that was very efficient and unbelievably beautiful. During one of her visits to our home, Hope noted that a coffee bar was indeed possible and that my much desired lit glass corner cabinets were also within budget. The master bath cabinets are equally stunning. Hope worked with our contractor for installation and was most cooperative when questions and product issues arose. Phase two of our home remodeling will include bathroom and laundry room cabinets. Without hesitation we will be contacting Hope Garcia.

Buyer Beware! This company does NOT stand by their work. We ordered custom cabinets Frank Jr sent his "Designer" to measure. When we got the cabinets the measurements were wrong ...and cabinets didnt fit, couldn't be installed... and if that wasn't enough they were missing pieces! Instead of correcting the mistake they blamed homeowners that measurements were off..wrong??? I'm sorry, isn't that designers job, that they hired? Be aware of a company that wants full payment prior to you receiving your product! It's a shame that we trusted this company and until this day they have made zero effort to fix nor refund money so we can get our kitchen back. Where is their integrity?

Margie helped me order the exact match- hardware, color, style, swing, etc. - for my 18 -year old cabinet doors and drawer fronts, made in Canada, by a company that was absorbed by a much bigger corporation, and shipped to us across a well- regulated border during the pandemic. that was a complicated task, requiring thorough communication to me and the factory, plus extreme patience! Now my Kitchen looks brand new.

Working with Frank Jr. at Diablo Valley Cabinetry took all the stress out of designing my new kitchen! I knew exactly what I wanted, but needed the expertise from Diablo Valley Cabinetry to help me achieve my vision. Frank gave me some really great ideas for storage and layout and I'm so happy with what we incorporated into the plan. We asked them to make a small cabinet for our guest bed room. It fits so great and made that room so special. Their work is so professional and their communication by emails or calls were always great. When we were deciding what to do for this space and design, Frank had some great advice and suggestions, which made this cabinet looks so great in this room. Now next project for us is asking them to make our master bathroom cabinets.

Diablo Valley Cabinetry has played an important part in the renovation of our family home badly damaged by a power line-caused fire. It was necessary to have custom cherry wood kitchen cabinets created again in their original form. This required arranging for an older stain to be prepared by custom order. The rebuilt cabinets are as beautiful as the original ones which we so much enjoyed. The entire staff provided detailed, sensitive on-site service in our restoration, and we are entirely appreciative. The firm is enthusiastically recommended!

Diablo Valley cabinetry is the best. We had them make cabinets for our home overseas. They did a lot of research so we could have the best material for humidity and met with us several times. We have nothing but good things to say about this company ! Lillian and Frank were especially helpful throughout the process.

We recently finished our 2nd kitchen remodel with Diablo Valley Cabinetry. Their designers were great at figuring out the layout for the cabinets and getting us what we needed. Once the cabinets came there were a couple small issues (manufacturer error, not Diablo) and they were quick to correct the problems and provided great customer service. Also, my husband is a general contractor and loves the quality of the cabinets we have received from them.

We used Diablo Valley Cabinetry several years ago for our kitchen remodel and were really pleased. However, in the ensuing years, our trash pullout developed an issue. I contacted Diablo Valley Cabinetry and asked if there was any way to remedy it, as it wasn't a straightforward fix. The team was wonderful: Margie Allen went above & beyond to figure out a workable solution in a timely fashion, meeting my deadline. I highly recommend them, and know you will be as pleased as I am.

We used Diablo Valley Cabinetry for two bathroom remodels - a powder room and master bathroom. We enjoyed working with both Crystal and Frank. They had great ideas, were always accessible and quickly solved any problems that came up. Our job was completed approximately three years ago and unfortunately the finish on the powder room vanity did not hold up. Most companies would simply brush this off or comment that it was out of warranty. Diablo Valley Cabinetry on the other hand worked with me to repaint and resurface the finish - all without a cost to me. The cabinet turned out great - better than new. I have the utmost respect for Frank and Diablo Valley Cabinetry for taking care of this. It really speaks to the integrity of this family-owned business that they stood behind their products.

Frank Sr. (owner) and Lillian (designer) were lovely to engage with from the start. We were under a tight timeline to kick off our kitchen remodel in our 100 year old SF Victorian. They came to our home, helped evaluate the direction I had in mind and made helpful suggestions, without being pushy. You can tell they've been in business a long time and you can trust their recommendations. The design process was incredibly beneficial -- being able to visualize the project in 3D made a huge difference and built tremendous comfort amongst my husband who wanted to be in the know, but was not actively participating in the project management and decision making. Lillian was flexible and timely with her replies and updated designs. I appreciated her feedback on style and color choices and honestly around some of the add on's that we're worth it (ie. knife insert) and some that I could live without (spice drawer insert) in order to stay on budget. She also helped put me at ease with some of the space challenges our kitchen area faced. I would definitely work with DVC again for our next project!

Chris was so professional when he came out to the house to install new hinges and a drawer glide that had both failed on my cabinets purchased from DVC over 10 years ago. He explained what happened and replaced the hinges and glides with newer ones. The glides were older models and they installed newer ones. DVC really stands behind their product. The Diablo Valley Cabinetry San Ramon designed and delivered the cabinetry for my kitchen. I was very pleased with their work and the level of service provided. A few years later, the top shelf of my lazy Susan broke and I called them. Not only they found out the info about the exact item but went above and beyound and ordered the part for me. That is what I call it the superior service! Their Margie's customer service skills are outstanding. She is prompt and pleasant. Go to her! (I am a professional project manager)

I just completed a kitchen remodel. It was a large project with many of the typical pitfalls, delays and frustrations. The bright spot in all of it was working with Diablo Valley Cabinetry. Crystal helped in the layout, selection of wood and stain, and the finishes. She had good ideas, but was patient with me as I took my time to make decisions (usually coming right back around to her initial suggestion). She was always professional, timely and friendly. There was one very minor mistake, and her immediate response was, "This is our mistake and we will make it right." And she did. That was a very different tone than what we received from some of the other people working on the project. Finally, the cabinets are absolutely stunning!

From the start to the end of my project he was always available to answer any questions and worked to accommodate my schedule at all times. My cabinets and countertops are beautiful and I couldn't be happier! I loved them so much I added 2 additional projects (bathroom and built in).

Diablo valley Cabinetry provided cabinets for our complete kitchen and bath remodel. I strongly recommend them. Since the project involved modifications to the floor plan, I used used an architect. Their work supplemented and improved upon the architectural plans. The work was on time and on budget. Crystal Hackl at DVC is very impressive.

I worked with their designer, Crystal, and was very pleased. She was very good at listening to what i wanted and I just loved her design ideas. She is very experienced and knowledgable. From design to install, she was there. Their showroom was so helpful for me. To be able to actually see and touch full size cabinets, countertops as well as all the options available was awesome! We got great advice from Jackie Bradford of Diablo Valley Cabinetry. With her assistance we were able to select the right cabinets to fit in with our granite counters, flooring, and backsplash.
