I ordered 3 light fixtures for a new house on April 13th. I'm on a time sensitive schedule with workers and needed to know the tracking information from the shipper. After multiple attempts to find out the tracking number by calls/email I was told on April 15th (Friday) almost the end of the day that the lights still hadn't shipped from the manufacturer and they didn't have a tracking number for me. I last spoke with "Scott" on the phone and he sounded somewhat put out that I was even trying to get this information. Not very good quality middle man service if they don't follow up between manufacturer and customer. I had to represent myself.

We've used Destination Lighting for a few projects recently and have been very happy with the quality and selection of products they offer. Their customer service is top notch, as they always go above and beyond for us. Since we're in Alaska, things get a bit complicated with other vendors. Destination Lighting understands our shipping challenges and addresses them seamlessly. Recently, they provided all lighting along with cabinet hardware and house numbers for a new home with an attached apartment. Everything arrived in good shape and any problems we faced were addressed professionally and expediently. If Destination Lighting could train other folks on customer service and attention to detail, the world would be a happier place!

I am an Architect who works with a variety of suppliers to source lighting. I look for a great selection of lights at fair prices and I vastly prefer when I can go to one place and find a great selection of lights. Destination Lighting has had 99% of the lights we are looking for in our projects. The prices are always fair (if not the lowest I've found) and, more importantly, the customer service has been spectacular. I usually have a zillion questions and they're always prompt, helpful, and give us exactly what we need or suggest alternates if they don't have what I'm looking for. They're a great option for the vast majority of your lighting needs and I highly recommend them. Be sure to check out their schoolhouse lights in particular as they're a screaming value.

This company had the lampshades I was looking for at a reasonable price. Shopping with them was a good experience. I would definitely buy from them again. The best shipping boxes I've ever seen.
