AJ came to my home and provided a competitive estimate for my fireplace remodel. So far so good. He promised to provide his estimate in writing within a day or two. I waited four days and no response. I emailed him politely asking for the estimate. No response. I waited and e-mailed him again. He told me he'd provide an estimate in writing the next day and we could start the job the following week. Nothing came; no call, no e-mail. I emailed and called him again. He promised to have the estimate sent over the next evening. Absolutely nothing. This kept happening. At this point, I realized that AJ was yet another Las Vegas contractor who flakes out and disappears. Finally, after repeated e-mails and calls not being returned, AJ sent a terse e-mail saying he had another (better) project he was working on and he wouldn't be able to help me. Wow! Thanks for all the misinformation and deception AJ. I needed my project done by July 7th and thanks to AJ's lack of follow-up and misleading emails ("I'll get you squared away tomorrow"), I lost any chance of getting my remodel done on time. AJ may have done nice work for others, but this is my exact experience with him and it was horrible. Stay away.

AJ built me out a great custom wall unit in my living room a few years back! It looks spectacular.
