We used Crimson Design and Construction to complete a remodel of a newly purchased home. Crimson supported the design, demolition, and construction and exceeded all of our expectations. They were budget conscious, but ensured that every dollar spent on the house went as far as possible while ensuring high quality. On the design process, my wife and I worked with Jenn, the interior designer, to make selections for a whole house remodel which ensured continuity and flow throughout the entire home. Jenn was fun and easy to work with, was patient and thoughtful, and helped us build a dream home while sticking to the budget. During the build and construction process, Glenn, Alex, and Kieth were an exceptional crew to work with. They were responsive, answering every phone call, email, or text, were flexible, letting us make changes on the fly, and did high quality work. The finished product is beautiful and we could not be happier. Crimson goes above and beyond in their projects. In addition to the work completed in the house, the team also provided little extras like painting in the garage and power washing the house siding and patios, despite not being included in the scope of the project. The project was on budget, on schedule, and the finished product is amazing. We would highly recommend Crimson; they are, simply put, the best there is.

Just a great, great job done by Crimson/Glenn. We hired them for a very large gut rehab project (basically new construction) that Glenn saw through start to finish. We were a little nervous as this was our first real construction job, but Glenn was just awesome and super easy to work with - took the nerves right off after our 1st design meeting. You could tell he just cared about the outcome - a characteristic evidenced throughout the project. We are VERY happy with the finished product and Crimson will be our first call for whatever big project we tackle next.

Glenn and his team helped us design and build our dream home. They helped us turn our vision and layout ideas of our home into architectural plans that were a perfect match to what we had in mind. Additionally, they helped with the demolition of the existing home on the lot, and kept us organized and informed throughout the entire process. Once the rough construction of the home was done, Jennifer, the designer on Glenn's team, helped us pick the various colors and finishes that really matched my wife and my personality. As with all new construction, we ran across some hiccups, but Glenn and his crew; Chuck, Alex, and Keith helped us navigate through them which was a real help and took a lot of the stress of our shoulders. The guys did not stop once we moved in, they came by and fixed all of the little things you don't notice till you are living there...we really appreciated that the care and support did not stop after the keys were handed over. We are very excited to be living in our new home, and very grateful to Glenn and his team for helping us get there. G&L

I worked with Crimson to help design and remodel my master bathroom. This was my first renovation and I was amazed with both the ease of the process and the final result. Initially, Glenn walked me through his proposal to help me understand costs and expectations. He also helped me understand the process, timing and decisions that I would need to make along the way. We recently hired CD&C to remove and replace the entire exterior of our home. They made every step of the process, from bidding through construction and cleanup a smooth and hassle free experience. Our job required the removal of dryvit and decking on an 8000 sqft home. CD&C then put up stucco and stone while working around existing landscaping. The Company did the job on time, within budget and was meticulous at every phase. Glenn Zagon was the CD&C representative with whom we worked and he was not only a true professional but a really good person. Our experience with Mr Zagon and CD&C could not have been better and I highly recommend him and CD&C.

I've hired Crimson twice now. They initially did a full kitchen remodel, rebuilt both staircases, and refinished all hardwood floors. It was a huge job and we vacated the house for 4 weeks. Never once did we worry about leaving the house under their management. Very trustworthy and honest. We just recently had them finish our basement; wine chillers, stone walls, granite, and custom cabinetry. Their designer helped pick out all the materials. It turned out amazing! I'm head of quality at my corporation so I have extremely high standards and they did not disappoint. I'm planning to use them for additional projects at my home and recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. You can't go wrong with these guys.

We hired Crimson Design & Construction to remodel our kitchen/great room and an adjoining powder room. The remodeling changed the entire character of these spaces and we've been thoroughly enjoying the results for the past 2 years. The kitchen and powder room involved a very custom re-design and top-to-bottom reconstruction including new cabinets, appliances, bathroom fixtures, new floor and wall finishes, new lighting and even a new kitchen window. Glen Zagon and Crimson Design were extraordinarily accommodating to our specific needs and preferences, and responsive to our budget and schedule guidelines. Glen took a personal hand in the work, coordinated the various trades, and followed-up with suppliers to make sure that the results met our expectations. We were so pleased and appreciative of the attention we received! Now we proudly show-off our new kitchen, powder room and great room, thanks to Glen and his Crew, and we're confident that others will have a similar experience with their projects. Worked with Glen and team on a complete basement renovation project. Project completed on time and results are spectacular. Glen only uses quality subcontractors who have pride in their work. Everything done with required permits and to code requirements. They do a very good job of keeping client updated on status of project. When issues arose, as they always will in a renovation, Glen was always extremely responsive in resolving issues. Would not hesitate to hire again for future projects.

"My painting for you" quipped the mason as he completed an absolute masterpiece with the stone work fireplace - a true work of art. Exceptional quality with amazing pride in workmanship is the mantra that traverses the entire Crimson team. The Architect and Project Manager were easy to work with, very responsive, and insightful with suggestions and options. The Crimson team took the time to understand what we were looking for, our expectations, our style preferences and exceeded our expectations at every turn. The interior design support alleviated the stress of whether the colors and textures would compliment each other. The supporting cast of craftsman worked diligently to keep things clean. They were pleasant to work with and always took the time to explain next steps. We recommended Crimson to some friends for a master bath remodel - they were equally impressed with the quality of workmanship. I have only the most positive things to say about Crimson Design & Construction! Glenn and his team possess extensive experience and knowledge, and this is evident at each stage of the design/build process. During my master bath remodel, they tailored their recommendations to the unique aspects of the space involved, as well as to certain preferences I had expressed. They also demonstrated an ability to generate creative options and solutions to help make the most of the space - both functionally and aesthetically. When working on my project, Glenn, Chuck, and Keith showed tremendous attention to detail, made sure that every question I had was answered, and went above and beyond to help me make materials selections and be able to envision the finished product. When the demolition and remodeling work was actively underway, the workspace was kept very neat and organized, and every effort was made to minimize disruption to my daily routine. On top of all that, everyone I interacted with at Crimson was very pleasant to have around, something that is a really nice "plus" when people are working in your home for any length of time. I can unconditionally recommend Crimson to anyone seeking the highest level of client service and quality in the design/build field.

Glenn worked on a design for an in-law suite for me and my family. I was very impressed with Glenn's taking a personal interest in the needs of our family and working them into his design. Other firms that provided estimates were much more interested in what they are going to get out of the project rather than what we needed. Things ended up changing in my family situation so we did not require the addition in the end. However, if you want a partner in your design process, give Glenn at Crimson a call.

I just completed a major kitchen redsign with Glenn and team. My kitchen is gorgeous and looks nothing like the 1990's version it started as.The project involved knocking out a wall, covering over a back door and replacing it with a slider. We needed to match existing wood flooring and the match is pretty good. The job was finished is 8 weeks - on time and within budget. The construction team lead by Chuck was terrific to work with and Chuck couldn't have been more responsive. No matter what time of the day or night I texted him, he got right back to me. He was on top of every detail of the project. He settled for nothing less than quality and perfection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any job you are thinking of undertaking.

Exterior work including rebuilding a retaining wall and stone work on a rock wall, driveway repair, structural repair to our front porch where foundational posts needed to be redone, new tiling and light fixture...Overall great experience. Had to push through at times in making sure all facets of project were being communicated particularly on timing, but quality work and wonderful people with which to work.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Crimson for my kitchen remodel and its amazing transformation. From the outset, they were friendly, professional, responsive and receptive to my ideas.
