Content Modern is a Jacksonville, Florida based full service design firm. Our team approaches every project with the mindset of a real estate developer, with the creative insight of an architect, and with the job-site know how of a contractor. We have a hard time turning away projects that we feel a real connection to regardless of size and type, and have years of experience ranging from kitchen and bath remodels to new custom homes and large multi-story commercial. Where do I begin ...Jason and Greg are true professionals, lovers of great design, innovative, creative and problem solvers. Selfless with their time (Greg spent hours with me on the phone talking about our project prior to hire and Jason was always there for me - to consult or to talk me off the construction ledge ) Plus - amazing architects. We hired Content based on phone conversations and we designed our house thru phone meetings over several months. Jason was able to take my ideas and design a perfect space for us, merging two styles into one show stopping modern coastal beach house . What sets these guys apart is they are experts in the cradle to grave building process. They don't just create plans. They know how to bring a vision to life. And they both have great taste. Truly thankful we hired Jason and Grey (and the Content team. Hoping we can work together in the near future.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at Content for our industrial/commercial project. We primarily worked with Greg Beere, but their entire team was involved with our project. They were with us every step of the way and did a great job conceptualizing our ideas. We went through multiple iterations as this project use was a first time for our county. Despite that fact, they were great during the multiple iterations the city required during the buildout process. I can't wait to work with them on a residential project some day.

The creativity and professionalism of Content Architecture + Interiors is top notch. Because of the quality of their design most people that have toured our house think it is much bigger than it actually is. That's because the space and light of the interior provide for a highly livable interior that is also stunning. The principle architect, Jason Fisher, stayed with us through every step. He made sure the project was executed to their design specifications throughout the build phase. When issues arose as they do with any building project. they were actively engage to bring those issues to a satisfactory conclusion. We would hire Content Architecture + Interiors again.

I have worked with this amazing team on a couple of projects, both commercial and residential, and they are amazing! True professionals with great ideas and a willingness to achieve the end result with out of the box solutions. Our most recent project was a 1930's colonial that they helped us overhaul, make energy efficient and honor the vintage of the house.

He has a great sense of detail and space, and was very attentive to the project's needs. Content Architecture designed an amazing oceanfront "California modern" style home for us. They provided a perfect balance of timeless and cutting edge design with our active family and pets in mind. Content Architecture succeeded in designing truly comfortable and livable "low maintenance and durable" modern spaces. They assisted not just with design of the structure but also with the interior elevations as well as the interior & outdoor design & furnishings. Jason & Greg stayed involved during our build and after and are always available when they are needed. We would definitely work with them again.

HW Contracting LLC

HW Contracting has worked with CDG on both residential and commercial projects alike. Working with CDG is refreshing in that no detail is left out. The design is well integrated with both the client's dream and budget in mind. We found that whenever the construction budget began to creep CDG come up with alternate solutions that would help keep the desired vision for the space and final budget in line with contracted scope. We completed a custom residential kitchen remodel earlier this year that both our firms are proud of. This project will certainly be posted on our page as I'm am sure it will be on theirs.
