Our Customer Service Department has been in constant communications with the actual buying party. On September 28th, Seventy eight items were delivered, the three items needing to be addressed were reported to us on three different occasions. Our Customer Service Department confirmed in writing to our customer, on the same day each report was received, that the issue was being addressed. As a follow-up, our Customer Service Department again contacted our customer within 1-3 days from receiving each reported issue notifying them that a replacement item was on order.
The below timeline of events, clearly shows how responsive & accountable we are and have been to our customer.
Four Months to Manufacture & Deliver to home (during pandemic extended lead times):
1) May. 26th, 2021 Final Order Approval was received from our customer.
2) Sept. 28th Delivery Made to the job site.
Three Items Reported with Issues:
1) Sept. 30th received the first report. - Oct. 4th confirmed replacement was ordered - Leaving factory Dec. 6th.
2) Oct. 4th received the second report - Oct. 5th confirmed replacement was ordered - Oct. 21st item delivered.
3) Oct. 4th received the third report - Oct. 6th confirmed replacement was ordered – Nov. 22nd item delivered.
