I hired Galina to create plans for an addition that included an over sized garage, kitchen extension and 1/2 bath relocation. I was extremely satisfied with her professionalism and advice. She also provided the plans before my expectations.

As a homeowner in Nashua looking to complete an addition on my home, and having had no experience with construction project before, we were shocked to find out how much an architect would charge. I then started to Google Designer/Planners in the Nashua area, and Galina from Concept 21, LLC came up. When I called Concept 21, Galina picked right up and was very professional, patient, and asked us what we were hoping to accomplish. We felt like we were in good hands, and invited Galina to come over to our home so she could see exactly what we were looking to do. Galina had great ideas about what would work best, and she then went to work. She was able to deliver very high quality plans sooner than we even expected, and was very affordable. Like with most construction projects, I am sure, we had some changes along the way, and Galina was super patient and understanding, helping us with several changes along the way.

Let me start by saying that Galina is great!!! I spent a lot of time on-line looking at portfolios of designers and only contacted Galina. I really liked her design aesthetic in the photos and was familiar with one of her projects. I know what a transformation she made! Galina helped me with both curb appeal and the layout of rooms to make more sense. Her work is excellent, she is very responsive, listens and communicates well and has lots of patience! She is reasonable priced and I would hire her again!

I contacted Galina Shvedova and asked if she could help me design my new house . we showed her a picture of the house we wanted from the internet . she designed the house and we met with the contractor to make changes . she made the final drawings, we gave a copy of the plans to the building inspector for the town of Kingston . we got the permit to build the house with no questions asked .the building inspector told me that the plans where very well done and had no problem giving me the permit . when the house was finished he said that this is the only house in town that he couldn't wait to get finished because he loved the plans and loved the house . going to build a new garage and and have Galina make up the plans i would recommend her to any one

We found Galina via the internet when searching for someone to design our new home, which for us is our first building project. Galina has designed an incredible home for us! Throughout the whole project, she has been wonderful; she really listened to us and tried to incorporate all of our requests. When there was something that she couldn't fulfill in the way we were hoping, she made every effort to present us with multiple solutions to consider, rather than simply saying "no that can't be done." I really feel as if Galina is our partner on this project, not just a home designer that we hired and went about the design as "business as usual". She really cares that we end up with a home we truly love, but that is also functional and up to code. We really couldn't be happier with our experience working with Galina, and I would highly recommend her!
