My girlfriend got us motorized roller shades for our place and they are great. I like being able to use a remote to close and open them. Our old blinds were hard to operate with a cord so this was a great change. I also enjoy the increased privacy and blocking of sunlight. The staff was extremely helpful and helped us find exactly what we wanted.

This company is really great. Everyone from scheduling to customer service to the installer was extremely friendly and helpful. Cesar installed 5 sets of french door retractable screens for me, and he did an excellent job. He's also such a nice guy. I'm thrilled with the outcome.

I cannot begin to say enough great things about this company. Haydee and Tamara have been so responsive, friendly, and informative throughout the process. We had two retractable screen doors installed on our new house and absolutely love them. The quality of the doors is amazing! Our doors are extra tall (about 8 feet tall) and the retractable screen doors work great on them (was a bit worried that the height would cause the doors to feel unstable but they are solid and working fantastically). Oscar installed our doors and he was very polite and professional. We are very impressed with the product and the customer service and we would highly recommend using this company.

We've had CHI's products in our home (a retractable screen door onto the patio and plantation shutters in all the bedrooms) since 2009. They look as good as the day they were installed and what a HUGE difference they make in keeping out the heat during the summer. Fast forward eight (8) years -- a couple of weeks ago we had an issue that needed their attention and when I contacted them, they were on it and resolved the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this company. They're really professional and pleasant to deal with and they stand behind their products.

I hired Classic Home Improvement to install a trellis awning, two window shades and plantation window shutters. They did a great job with each order from the initial ordering & measuring process to installation and post installation follow-up. Ryan did all the measuring and Cesar installed the shades and shutters. Both did a great job. Haydee in the office is always great to speak to and work with. I will definitely call them again for the last few projects I have in mind for my house.

Very pleased with the new plantation shutters and closet doors that were just installed by CHI and the professionalism this company displayed from start to finish. I have high vaulted ceilings that the morning sun would come in the shutters were the perfect solution for this problem. I also needed my master bedroom closet replaced with something more modern and up to date. The opening is fairly large so the three doors each run on their own tracks so I can easily get to all parts of the closet. I was able to stay within my budget and the job was completed within the time frame that I was quoted. From my first initial point of contact in the office, to my sales rep Ryan and finally the installers I was very impressed with how friendly and personable everyone that I have dealt with were. It was a pleasure working with CHI and their staff.

If all of my vendors treated me like CHI does, then my job would be much easier. They never drop the ball and go out of their way to accommodate my clients and me.
