Carrie is a true professional and a highly skilled designer. She took our vision of opening up the kitchen, living room and family room and combining them into one, great room with perfect execution. I was completely overwhelmed early in the process but her calm and confident nature quickly put my mind at ease. She was always accessible and quick to reply to phone calls and emails. I appreciated her patience with my occasional “freak-out” moments and the unexpected snafus. Again, she stayed calm, listened and helped to problem solve. She brings forward a talent and vision in keeping on trend along with an explicit eye for classic design. She has assisted us from beginning to end in completely redesigning/remodeling 3 condos in Hawaii. She is always prompt, responsive, organized and pays close attention to detail, timelines and budget. We continue to enjoy working with Carrie as she has played a major role in bringing our wants and needs to a reality.

Carrie was wonderful! I wanted to do more than just replace what I had ... I needed someone who could look at the room and make suggestions on how to improve a bad design! Carrie did just that. She produced all the plans/diagrams that the county required. She worked with the cabinet supplier to order the right pieces and the builder to make sure the project was implemented as designed. Although I did most of the shopping for materials, Carrie was just an e-mail away if I wanted her opinion or had questions on what I should buy! I can't say enough about how great the experience was working with Carrie!!

Carrie, was referred to me by one of our vendors as an experienced designer. She took the vision that we had for our project and captured it perfectly with her design. When we needed to make changes due to construction issues, Carrie came up with great solutions on the fly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, patience and overall care are what make Carrie a great designer to work with.

Carrie has been phenomenal every step of the way. Our building plan for a new home was in place and our contractor hired. She came alongside at the onset of the project and has been involved in each step. My husband and I both had what we thought were great ideas from color schemes to light fixtures and from cabinet layouts to the frabrications which would be our countertops. However, we had no idea if our 'likes' would flow together and bring both the peace and functionality we wanted in our home. We are farmers who enjoy food, entertaining and animals. We wanted our home to be a place where friends could join us as we canned salsas and jams (in our outdoor kitchen) and relaxed outside with a glass of wine. Carrie thought of many details we never would have and she has many contacts and resources to make ideas happen. She suggested fans in outside areas which brings the flow of living outdoors where we can enjoy our acreage. Helping us stay within budget when needed, she would also point out fun and different ideas that will give us a unique home fitting our lifestyle perfectly. Most important, she never pushes her own tastes, which I believe would be quite different from ours, but rather takes both my husbands and my choices and blends them into a home that flows. Love this designer and would highly recommend her for your next project. I can't wait to add photos in the next month when the project is finished.

It was a pleasure working with Carrie when doing a remodel of my kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms when she was working with a design and build firm. She listened, gave me valid and idea-stimulating assignments, and made pointed observations as she had me walk through the processes of what I did most often in the kitchen, with what equipment & utensils, and where in the kitchen. She incorporated ideas I had clipped from magazines (e.g., a rolling island with a marble surface) with ideas she had, for example inventive storage solutions in hard to reach cupboard corners. She helped with the color palette after looking at my bed linens and tile selections. I got several compliments when I served my first Thanksgiving dinner made in my newly remodeled kitchen and utilized by several "cooks." Since that time I have rented my home out and the kitchen has definitely been one of the selling points. Everyone who has used my kitchen tells me how impressed they are with the design and ease of use. I highly recommend Carrie, she is easy to work with, listens well and was an excellent project manager.

I hired Carrie about a month ago to help me design a new kitchen in my home. She has been so easy to work with and her final design is so perfect! The next step we have will be her shopping with me, which she will do and also helping me pick a contractor. She will help you a little or hold your hand the whole way depending on your budget and your needs. I have never remodeled a kitchen before so her years of experience are wonderful.
