I can't say enough about how painless an experience this was to have shutters (downstairs) and blinds (upstairs) installed in our house after a flood remodel! Shana came to the house and went over my options, measured and provided three different quotes to help me make my choices all within a couple of hours. She knew the look I was wanting to accomplish and I can't be more pleased with how everything turned out. It completely put the finishing touch on our remodel and everything looks awesome! Both the blinds and the shutters came in before the quote and the installers completed installation so quickly! I had my shutters custom painted, and there were a couple of louvers that had drips on them. The manufacturer himself came and replaced those louvers! Funny thing, I recently destroyed a very large window blind... I accidentally removed the support devices thinking they were unsightly... and voila... they completely fell down. LOL!! I called budget blinds of cypress because they are locally owned and operated, and spoke with Shana. She sent Zach Pruitt to my rescue and I want to personally review their services! EXCELLENT !! He was thorough and considerate of our situation and did his best to see if there was any hope to re-use our fallen blinds. Nope. So his technical, handy-man visit quickly became a sales opportunity.
