B-K Floor Crafters was established in 1955. Our dad, Ken Schaefer started the business with his partner Bob Berlin. A few years later Dad bought out Bob. BK has been a family run business ever since. Dad has taught us kids one very important detail about running a successful long-term business – “Take care of our customers.” We have a history of taking care of our customers, and the fact that we are the longest established flooring specialty store in the area proves we continue to do what dad taught us. In 2012, Ken’s son, Scott Schaefer became the owner of the family business. We have a new name, BK Flooring Company, Inc., but provide the same great service and selection that has made us a success for over 50 years. We have a beautiful and easy to shop store with thousands of modern choices of carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate, ceramic and hardwood. We do all kinds of flooring projects, commercial, residential, new construction and remodel. You can park right outside our front door and visit with friendly people who are your hometown flooring experts.
