We are a full service design and construction management firm. We handle turnkey projects for single family homes and multi-family residential properties with the design choice, budget and lifestyle of our clients in mind. We have a team of dedicated designers and site engineers to take our project from concept to completion with attention to details on workmanship and quality. Each of our project stands apart in the sense of appealing architecture and custom design and every effort to keep to the timeline and the budget of the clients. We create dream kitchens and baths, along with custom cabinetry, wall units, closets, functional laundry rooms, enchanting media rooms, bars, finished basements, patios and more. We handle renovations right from tile work, plumbing, painting, landscaping, exterior cladding, coutertops, electrical work etc.

SOMIYA TILES & COUNTERTOPS, professional attitude...listened to my referral's needs and delivered the results to client's satisfaction....great follow-up system, much appreciated by the client. Highly recommended for all your building & renovation needs, owner was onboard to explain the features and benefits of different products which eased the client's concerns. We built our dream home last year, and went to Somiya Tiles for our kitchen and bathrooms. We received personalized, individual service by an expert home interior designer (Bharti - owner). Bharti was absolutely amazing. The selection of tiles was also excellent. Bharti helped us pick tiles for our entire home, and even made a home visit to ensure our selection was just right! The service in the store was also great. Tiles were delivered on the days that they had been requested, and the quality and price of the tiles was excellent. We will be building again in the very near future, and will definitely use Somiya Tiles again. This company is reliable, trustworthy, and has an excellent selection of tiles - not to mention the great service provided. If you are looking for someone to help you with your selection and colours, and quality customer service is important to you, this is definitely the place to go for tiles.

I have visited their home, remodeled by them incl. kitchen, washrooms and other areas and I found it excellent and professional work.

They did an excellent job, i had the kitchen cabinets and backsplash changed.The work was completed as per schedule and I found value for money, with their services.
