Bauman Custom Wood Working was a perfect fit for us to design and build a new kitchen for our home. Bauman Custom Woodworking took the time to listen to our needs and make practical suggestions. The quality of the workmanship was superb as each and every detail was attended to in a professional manner. Stuart Bauman was able to coordinate with our demo and installation team, Creative Construction & Design, for the removal and installation of the new cabinets as well as other portions of the kitchen renovation. Youngstown Granite & Quartz fabricated and installed the quartz and granite to our specifications and total satisfaction. For us being new to the area, we were very fortunate to have very skilled craftsmen complete our project. We are very happy to have a newly remodeled kitchen that we enjoy ver much each day!

We hired Bauman Custom Woodworking, LLC to design and build custom cabinetry for the kitchen in our new home. They provided us with a lot of support in working to help plan a layout and making suggestions about custom design to best fit our needs. Stuart suggested we consider a microwave drawer in our island and we love this extra, more functional touch. Their team was able to provide us with a wide selection of representative project experience and samples of wood types and finishes. We chose a cherry wood and a medium brown finish that they worked to ensure matched with the other woodwork in out home. Their team was incredibly professional throughout the experience, working well with our general and sub contractors to help ensure the process went smoothly and that we were satisfied with the end product. They also worked closely with us to design custom cabinetry for all the bathrooms in our home. Highly recommend their services!

There is truly not enough wonderful things I can say about Bauman Custom Woodworking!!! The quality of work they showed and attention to detail were like none other. They made sure that from beginning to end I was completely pleased with the work and any adjustments that needed made. They also were very neat, quiet, and calm throughout the process which I really appreciated since I have had many other remodels done and it always felt chaotic. Plus, I always needed to clean up for hours after they would leave. Lyndon always made sure everything was neatly cleaned up before they left. The only thing that may make you worried is a lack of communication prior to your job. But, don’t let that deter you in the least because I think that they are just so busy that until they are focused on working your job they don’t have the time to easily respond. When they are working on your project though you will receive emails and text messages just checking and clarifying things so the project comes out perfect. I couldn’t be more happy with my gorgeous kitchen and the work they accomplished. They also did the tear down of our old kitchen, installation of our range hood, installed our sink and garbage disposal, and did some electrical work to put under cabinet lighting in. Plus, the pricing was worth every penny.

My wife and I are blown away with our new kitchen. The quality of our cabinets are amazing. Stuart was easy to work with in implementing what we wanted in our new kitchen. Making sure of all the little details weren't missed. Having custom made cabinets eliminates having to work around specific size cabinets, like you get in the box stores. Things can be made to fit, as needed. The refrigerator cabinet is deep enough for a true built in look. Lyndon did a great job on the installation too. Making sure we were happy with the way things looked. I did the demo and the reconstruction of the kitchen, and hired Bauman Custom Woodworking to build and install cabinets. Stuart and Lyndon willingly answered a lot of questions I had, (which were quite a few, me being a DIYer), that had nothing to do with the cabinets. Always polite and professional, and pretty much completed each step of the process within a few days of what he had originally said. We would highly recommend Bauman Custom Woodworking for any project someone might have. You would expect to have to pay a lot more for custom cabinets, but comparing their price to another quote we received, that wasn't custom cabinets, it wasn't that much more, considering the quality you receive. My quote was what we paid, no final hidden costs. I guess that's why their name is: Bauman CUSTOM Woodworking. You're paying to get exactly what you dreamed of.

Bauman Custom Woodworking is an amazing company to work with. They are excellent craftsman. They were extremely helpful and professional through the entire remold of our kitchen. They answered all our questions and offered suggestions.

From concept to completion, Stuart and his team are world class! I have a very old home with walls that are not square and out of plumb. I remodeled a bathroom and needed a custom corner vanity for a corner that was not square. I drafted a concept (image attached) and showed it to Stuart. After his surprise of having received a CAD concept from a customer (apparently it is rare for customers to go to that length), he assured me the unsquare corner was no issue (other woodshops could not guarantee it would turn out correct). He came to our home, built a quick jig to capture the corner angle, and disappeared to his shop to build an impeccable corner vanity that matched my concept drawing, and fit the corner beautifully! Pictures of the installation-in-progress are attached. He is priced very competitively, as he was in the ballpark with other shops we had talked with. He is very easy to talk with and has wonderful people skills, dealing with customers. He offers wide choices of wood types, trimmings, finishes, etc. Plan to give Stuart and his team more than ample lead time, as they are in high demand and busy. Plus, I like to think, "don't rush perfection," which is what they deliver. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Stuart built two bathroom vanities, a mirror and a cabinet for us. He was very professional and offered appropriate suggestions to assist in our decision making. The quality of his work was excellent. His installation crew was courteous and polite. We were operating under a tight timeframe which he met. We have already discussed with him additional cabinetry work for our family room.

Completely remodel kitchen and dining room cabinets. They helped redraw a new design using my ideas and their experience to create a perfect kitchen. Cost was affordable, and entire team was trust worthy and professional. Would highly recommend.

After taking the measurements, I sat down with the owner, Stuart Bauman, and together we designed two rather large bookcases. He was upfront and explained they were in the middle of a large project but it should be completed within three weeks. Exactly as promised my bookcases were ready. The craftsmanship is most impressive. The bookcases are very sturdy and looks beautiful. Unfortunately my 1940s staircase is too much of an obstacle course and the bookcases were too large. Stuart took the bookcases back to his shop and the next morning they were disassembled and were able to fit in my study. My bookcases were assembled, fits perfectly where I wanted them, and they look great. I give the highest of recommendations to Bauman Custom Woodworking and look forward to doing more business with them.
