Customer service at the Fort Myers location is some of the worst out there. We bought a tv console (among many other things) and it was delivered with a hole in the door. We refused the delivery. They then told us it was fixed and want to re-deliver. It came again but they had not fixed the hole! They said they can take the door and would get it fixed and back to us in a week or 2. It has been 5 months and we still have not gotten the door back. I call, email, everything and I just hear they are working on it and will get back to me. For 5 months. I have a feeling they lost it.
Horrible customer service.

The furniture was overpriced for the quality . Communication with the sales staff and management was messy . Some of the furniture needed to be repaired and it was slow to get it done.

On a positive note I worked with the designer Joni who was very knowledgeable, quickly understood my style and helped me to furnish my new home. The service declined quickly after starting with check out which ended up taking over an hour (almost longer than it took for me to pick out everything). Then when they deliver it (which is on their schedule and they can't even narrow down the time of day until late the night before) they call customer service while they are standing there from their phone to ask about that delivery person (whose phone you are on). Uncomfortable! So when my last piece, my $5000 Natuzzi sofa arrived 4 months later with a manufacturing defect and they called customer service I quickly reported the problem thinking it would get resolved. I have gone in circles with Baer's service department for 10 months and they feel the sofa is up to their standard. The sofa in the show room had a nice smooth sleek back which was important because my sofa is placed where you can see the back, The left corner piece looks nothing like the rest- piece of leather does not fit with lots of slack.

We recently had an extended warranty issue on our natuzzi sectional sofa. It was initially unjustly denied and after Sue Dane reviewed the tech's report, determined it was unjustly denied and we have now received the full amount of the purchase price. Yea Sue! Baer's is fortunate to have Sue as a representative of the company and to be in your employ.

IF I RAN MY COMPANY LIKE THEY DO THEIRS> I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!
Beautiful furniture some constructed well and some not so well, and very poor customer service. Sales people and customer service could care less. My wife and I spent over 10k on day one. Went back 3 more times in less than a week and purchased another 4k plus.
Talked to their flooring manager about purchasing some flooring for our new home which would have been another 12 to 17k. You would think a company would want to keep this type customer very happy. NOT THIS ONE. It seems to us that after the sale, they dont truly care about their customers and dont want to do whats right by the customer.
Been waiting for their customer response team to contact us about an issue with an item on the first delivery. No call yet, this was over 2 weeks ago. To be honest it is not even worth my time to spend 30 mins to write a complete review. My best advice. Purchase at your own risk. They will smile, say all kinds of nice things, promise the world and never deliver what they promised or should. All I can say is after the sale, buyer beware!!! I learned the hard way and will never do business with this company again

Waited 6 months for special order. Eddie was the worst salesman and had no courage to talk after the sale. Tim the Manager will tell you anything and did not care, offered to refund deliver but did not come thru. worst furniture experience to date. Love the furniture but dislike the store experience. Better to find the brand you want at a different dealer.

When we arrived at our condominium in Lauderdale By The Sea in December it was dingy, outdated and empty. Jesse came out to see our place. He helped us think through a vision, a color scheme, and a coherent picture of how to use our space; he helped us develop a practical, affordable plan to make this our home. First he helped us find painters and handyman; then we turned to the furnishings. We loved the living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture we bought at Baer's. To tell the truth, the mattress we bought has been a blessing. We sleep comfortably through the night and feel ready for the morning. Jesse was patient, perceptive, and fun to work with. He took the time to get to know us and our preferences and to, then, help us bring our preferences to life.

My experience with Baer's Furniture was absolutey terrific and flawless ! They get an A+ rating from me. It was easy from the time I entered the store to the time the furniture was delivered. My salesperson, Jesse, from the Ft. Lauderdale store was great to work with: he listened to my needs, understood what I was looking for and assisted me in choosing the right furniture for our home. I couldn't have done it without him ! He followed through with every detail and was always available to answer a question. I bought a sofa, love seat, end tables, coffee table, lamps, mirrors, dinning room table, chairs, recliners and a complete bedroom set. Everything was delivered on time, quickly and carefully by their delivery guys. Our place looks beautiful now. What a great experience we had with Baer's Furniture ! Certainly, they get an A+ rating from me !

While building our new home in Delray Beach,Florida, we decided to go to Baer's Furniture in Boca Raton to look at couches for our great room. Upon entering we were greeted by our salesman, Julian Caceres. Julian was kind and patient and made us feel comfortable right away. The showroom can be overwhelming, filled with enormous selections of home furnishings and accessories. We focused on what we came in for and tested out couches for comfort. Once we found the couches of our choice, it was time to pick the fabric. Julian introduced us to an in house licensed interior designer named Helene Brown.
Helene, was personable, patient and very knowledgeable. She offered to help us in our fabric selection and soon I was in love with the fabric and pillows for our new couches. In walking around the showroom, we found two tables that were floor models. One was a coffee table, one an end table. Loving a bargain, we scooped them up. That was enough for one day and we said we would be back the next day to see if Helene could help us with anything else.
We ended up furnishing our whole house with Helene. We communicated from NY by email and I sent helene pictures of things I liked. I had a budget and Helene respected that and stayed within it. Danielle Baer, the store manager and Vice President stepped in when necessary, to insure the best discount available for the furniture I selected. The value was superb.The process was fun and I felt secure that a designer was helping me to decorate the interior of my home. One year later I am still working with Helene, placing the finishing touches throughout the house. Everything looks beautiful and I am comforted in knowing that if there are any concerns down the road, Baer's will be there to address them.
I can honestly give the whole experience a 10. The delivery men were amazing. The communication was exemplary. Baer's calls before delivery, sends an email with tracking, and then the driver calls 30 minutes before arrival. The service man, Gus, who came to my home to fix a few little glitches, was amazing. When my two night stands did not exactly match, David Baer, worked with me personally to insure my satisfaction. We actually went to the warehouse in Pompano Beach and Simon Garcia, pulled six different tables for me to choose from. We used their in house financing ( synchrony) for many of the pieces and purchased insurance that covers the furniture for any future mishaps ( red wine drinker ).
I am glad to have found a company like Baer's. Living in a community of new homes, I recommend my neighbors to Baer's, knowing their experience will be as good as mine.
I wouldn't shop for furniture anywhere else.

We purchased a higher end Natuzzi leather sectional here a few years back. The most money we had ever spent for a couch. Right away we started having issues with the motor mechanism that lifts the foot section into the recline position. Apparently they were very aware of the issue with Natuzzi and kept selling this model anyway. We ended up having it repaired several times and replacing the couch entirely- twice. They knew they had an issue with the manufacturers components from China and we were told it would be many month before an updated component would be available.
We were given the option to replace it with a lesser-non motorized sectional but even that wasn't in stock and it could be months before it came in. We were told we would be contacted when they were in stock .....but that never happened. We got so discouraged by the process and felt deflated that we ended up living with a high end broken Natuzzi recliner. Baers had an opportunity to do the right thing and they just never followed up and we even had Ira Baer involved!!! They have been a landmark business here in Boca for years and we felt certain we could trust the company. Well that opinion has since changed
REVIEW EDIT:
After the above post Baers did finally step up and get my sofa repaired to my liking. I wish I didn't have to go through all the trouble but at least they finally did the right thing. I will shop at Bears again but I will go in a little more knowledgeable about any Natuzzi product and the service warranty.
