I have waited a long time to write this review because I wanted to give Area Floors the benefit of the doubt but tonight I've just decided I have to say something. We've had the floor for almost two years now and for over a year i've tried to give them a chance to back their customer and product but they have declined all the way up to the owner. No floor that you spent good money on should look like it's 20 years old after two years. We've followed all instructions and yet they decided to do nothing about the finish peeling off on the flooring. Every time we look at our floors we're filled with regret. What should have been a great experience has turned into a nightmare.

I have worked with the folks at Area Floors in the past, and this was the first opportunity I have had to work with Michelle Workman from Area Floors. Michelle is easy to work with, very customer service oriented, and has a good attention to details and follow through. I would highly recommend working with Michelle given the opportunity.

I have several properties and had been looking for a good flooring company that I could depend on and work with. I am so grateful for the Tigard Area Floors! I mainly worked with Andrea, but if for some reason she was working with someone else, or wasn't available, it was great I could work with anyone there. All were knowledgeable and understood my needs. I can't say enough great things about Area Floors!! This is my go-to place for sure!

I highly recommend Area floors in Tigard!!!! I started planning my kitchen remodel a year ago and visited Area floors. Since then, I went to many other companies, including showrooms, Home Depot, Lowes, wholesale warehouses, etc. No other company compared with the service, knowledge and materials. This Oct. I went back to Area Floors and worked with Michelle Workman. She is great! Also each of the sales people are more then willing to help you. They work great together! I purchased my flooring, countertop and back splash and very happy. I will be going there again for my flooring in other rooms.

We remodeled are kitchen, dining, and living room. I went to Area Floors and worked with Andrea she is so knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I got everything threw her my travertine, hardwood, backsplash, granite and area rug. We are doing are bathroom next and I cant wait to work with her again! She is the best! Tami

Area Floors was great to work with when building out my newest salon. They had a large selection of floor coverings and decorative tile paneling to choose from and great customer service. I would highly recommend them!

I am both a residential and commercial builder and have used area floors exclusively since my first experience with them more than 3 years ago. They have an amazing design sense, they are very responsive, they are fun to work with, and they work hard to serve all of your needs. I will continue to work with them and would (and have) recommended them to designers, contractors, builders and friends!

Area Floors has the most professional team around! This comes from the top down and shows in all employee's attitudes!! No matter the size of your project, big or small you can always expect the best value and customer service in the industry. The selection of product offerings is extensive and pride in displaying them is obvious when you visit their showrooms. I have been a vendor partner with this company since 2000 and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone their way.

Area Floors was a delight to work with. We were referred to Andrea Schieman by our contractor and were extremely pleased. She was willing to meet my time constraints of 'lunch-time' showroom visits. The selection was more than I needed with Andrea helping to narrow the selection to choices that more appropriately fit our lifestyle and needs. She also made a visit to our home to view the layout and help determine if we could / should coordinate 2 flooring choices or do uniform throughout. This was extremely helpful. We will use Area Floors and Andrea for our future flooring needs.... which entails replacing carpet throughout the rest of the home.

Have used the Tigard location for two bathroom remodels and will be back this year for help with flooring in a laundry room. Kelcy and Andrea have always been my go to people. Both are knowledgable, extremely helpful and patient. Great service and customer support.

Ha commentato: I can't find this floor at www.areafloorsonline.com. Where can I buy?We can't possibly list all of our products we offer on our website but we order this flooring directly from Kraus, I can't locate it on their site any more, its probably not available any longer.
