My husband and I are extremely happy with our interactions with Alair Homes Springwater. Allison and her team did a wonderful job getting our renovations done in a quick and timely matter. We had a long list of things we wanted to change. We are shift workers which meant having trades scheduled around our availability. Alair was able to organize everyone quickly with little to no hiccups. We can honestly say, if we didn't have Alair, we would probably still be in the thick of our renos. It was great to have someone oversee the projects and gave us peace of mind. We were kept up to date frequently with regards to our budget, which was so important. Our house looks amazing and would recommend Allison and the rest of the Alair Springwater team to anyone looking for a small or large renovation.

Alair Homes Springwater was wonderful - from the initial consultation through project completion they laid out expectations for the next steps, ensuring that they addressed any of our questions and concerns - the trades were all very polite/courteous and professional (even aligned with our personality) and the final product was better than we ever could have anticipated and came in on time and at budget - our builder/renovator for life!

Alair Home was one of the contractors who responds to our enquiry. Norbert came at home and we have presented our project. He said that was a project of 5-6 weeks and he was right. Sure that he had to squeeze subcontractors in order to respect our deadline but the point is project was done in time. We highly recommend Alair Home, espacially Norbert and his man who work for him "James" he did a lot in our project. I would recommend Norbert blindly for any projects that you can think.

Norbert did a wonderful job managing my renovations. Project was completed on schedule and below original estimate. Very few extras on the project and many small items were absorbed within original scope/budget. Norbert was always extremely responsive to my requests, typically responding within a few hours. I am very pleased with the quality of work. The few deficiencies identified were quickly addressed within a couple days. I was impressed with the transparency provided through the Alair project management system...definitely different from my experience with typical contractors. I would definitely recommend Norbert and Alain Homes.
