Neil and his team did a great job helping us to figure out a 2-story addition to our house. He used industry knowledge to help us stay within budget and achieve our goals. The team offered several suggestions to meet our needs before we made final decisions. We had several contractors review the plans. All of them commented that the plans were very thorough. The contractor we selected noted that Neil and his team make this addition “easy” because the plans are so well done.

Neil and his team were great to work with. Pricing was very transparent (you won't find that to be very common), and they worked late nights to help expedite our project which was time sensitive. Very much appreciate their hard work and would recommend to friends and family.

Neil did a fantastic job designing the complete remodel of our home! Our major concerns, like most homeowners probably, were budget and feasibility, and he really balanced our wants with our budget. For example, he laid out two different versions of our roof line so we'd be able to get quotes from contractors and understand which version would fall within budget. The permitting process in our city is intensive, and the the 8TFive team were great about making changes and helping answer questions for the inspectors and city permitting staff, especially Kaspari, who was impressively speedy with her replies to our emails and her updates to the plans. The plans are clear and easy to read, for us and for our contractor/sub contractors, and the team also provided us with some larger scale images of the interiors so we'd be able to work on layouts.

Neil and his team worked with us and were very patient as we came up with different ideas for our space. Creating a gaming cafe, they made sure to apply all our needs and keep it within the city's building codes/regulations. They also were affordable compared to most vendors we were looking at in the area. We were also able to maintain good communication with them throughout the project. Highly Reccommend!

I have been working with Neil for a few months now regarding an addition that we want to build on the back of a rowhouse in the South End. He has been extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with me the entire time, and has listened to all of my areas of concern to make sure that we are a good fit to work together.
