Andrea did a great job with our kitchen remodel. She managed the project very well and bulk of the work was completed ahead of schedule. We love how it turned out and have gotten tons of compliments. Would recommend to anyone.

Kyle Posey - Bathroom Remodel in a 1930 Bunga

As a semi-retired builder and strong DIYer, I was hesitant to get anyone else involved in our bathroom remodel. But, with having too much on my plate already, along with the fact that we would be remodeling the only single bathroom in our bungalow, I needed help! And I must tell you how happy I am that we found Andrea and 329 Design!! She was professional, courteous, and timely from the start. Her communication was impeccable, especially in this day and age where there is such a lack of it! Her guidance and participation in the design portion was more than we could hope for. And when it came time to execute, she remained on top of her team to continue to deliver the best result possible in the shortest amount of time! It’s not to say there were not a couple of issues, because ALL projects and relationships have them. But, when they did arise, Andrea responded like it was the absolute most important thing she had to do, until all parties agreed and were satisfied! I can’t wait for the next project we get to do with 329 Design!!

Andrea has a great eye for design and for really seeing what's possible with a space and a budget. We hired her in the fall of 2019 for a long-awaited kitchen remodel and we're very pleased with the outcome - a bright, open concept that works for our busy family. She has a great network of contractors and in addition to the design, she was able to oversee all aspects of construction. No kitchen remodel is possible without some hiccups and challenges but Andrea helped manage those issues so we could keep moving forward.

She was our General Contractor in remodeling our kitchen, master bathroom, outdoor kitchen, and updating 4 bathrooms and the utility room. I've always been reluctant to spend the money on a designer, but Andrea cared more about the project then just making it look pretty. Her expertise in construction gave her an entirely different perspective of how to design the project.

I've worked with Andrea of 329 Design several times. I've recommended her without reservation and will continue to hire her for future projects. The project budgets and time lines were reasonable and accurate. Our projects included: a complete bathroom gut to studs and remodel, the removal of a room dividing fireplace and wall, the complete resurfacing or my downstairs, hardwood floor patching, custom cabinetry, wallpaper, etc.
