Our business model does not promote shopping for the cheapest contractor, if you are looking for the cheapest homebuilder for your home, regrettably we are not your builder. We concentrate on building High Quality homes using the finest products available that fits your budget. Every home we build is built to the same standards no matter the price point. We have used the same quality tradesman for most of the past 15 years. We do this because we our contractors have learned what is demanded of them, we treat them fairly and they enjoy the work environment we provide. A clean tidy jobsite is maintained inside and out on a day to day basis. This promotes a safe jobsite and quality workmanship. Building an Energy Efficient Healthy Home is important in any price range, we have been providing those qualities for years. We will not cut corners when it comes to your health or safety. We pride ourselves in believing your family’s safety and health is as important as ours. We provide Fire Sprinkler Systems and ERV Systems to be se sure you are always breathing fresh air and have piece of mind knowing you have the added benefit of fire protection to get your and family out safely should the need ever arise. We maintain a fun and enjoyable work relationship with all our clients during the building process. We are here to be sure you have a quality home for years to come, one which you can take pride raising a family in, providing years of trouble free enjoyment. Over the years we have not just built our customers a home; we have built a friendship which continues to prosper years after the move in date. Many of our customers have called us over time for advice on maintenance; help with remodeling or just to say HI! We maintain all the plans and building records for reference long after construction has ended. At the end of one year we will not disappear, we are here to help. Our belief is if you are not happy during and after the construction process, than we have not done our job as a professional contractor. You deal with the owner from the point of sale through construction and during the warranty process. We have no hired help running the job site or making excuses. We take pride in the construction of every home as if it were our own!
