TINY HOUSE BATHROOM “That is not an opportunity we had due to the structure of the tiny house, so we included a low shower curb to keep water contained.” The shower walls, ceiling and main bathroom floor are 12-by-24-inch porcelain tiles that mimic the look of Calacatta marble. The shower floor consists of 1-by-3-inch mosaic tiles set in a herringbone pattern; shiplap walls and ceiling; creamy light beige vanity (Naturel by Sherwin-Williams) with honey bronze hardware. HAIGHT BASEMENT BUILDOUT Heaters and the shade-providing pergola over the table, a fire pit in the lounge area and the spa make the space pleasant year-round. A new concrete retaining wall will prevent the existing bamboo trees from spreading further into the yard.

Hidden hardware allows the family to simply push on the panels to open them.

White oak shelves, whimsical button-like hooks and a teal backdrop add playful touches to the space. Millwork and paneled doors nod to the Victorian soul of the house.
