Decide what additions you'll need. Purpose is key here. How will you use the shower? Do you need a bench? Somewhere to put your shampoo? What about a window? All of these extras are important to the renovation and help narrow down a construction plan. Here is the arch + arbor from another angle. Goes with style of our house and has a Mediterranean feel to it also.
Low maintenance and a Tuscan feel. I like the idea of topping with pea gravel when we expand our patio area.

Use this idea for far end of dog run! Use vines for more privacy growing on arbor for shade and adirondack chairs. River stones are a nice substitute for concrete. they are heavy and block weeds from growing.

Primarily white garden is my idea at dog run area but love the romantic tips involving your senses...Rosemary, lavender combined with host as white roses, wt hydrangeas etc, spectacular. Would this concept work to cover patio?
