I like the way the terrace is situated with the few steps down on one side and one big step (which you wouldn't take) on the other side. If the side by the living room had a step down then you'd be able to see the ocean and beach easier even if someone is sitting out there on the terrace. This also gives room for a place for the grill that's close to the house.
Like the built-ins with the wainscoting
Love the floor with the hand painted sea creatures!
Barn door
Another option for the twin bedroom
Cool ceiling with reclaimed wood.
Nice idea for the twin bedroom but with white
I like the idea of built ins and a bench for one of the smaller bedrooms upstairs
Balcony doors
I like the style of the door panels
I like the open staircase but not the double panels to downstairs
Iron rails
Love a barn door in place of a traditional door
I like the steps matching the floors, rails and end posts. I like the white risers. I want more interest in spindles and maybe iron but not sure. Could be white wood with some sort of a shape.
I like the shelves by the Windows - adds dimension and interest
Love pocket door
I like the wainscoting.
I like the sink being on top of the counter
I like the square sink and vanity
Dutch door!!
I like the door and the front entry that's recessed and has the curved archway
Front door
Can I do a walkway to the sea wall?
Awning but not this color
Steps down
This is what I was talking about regarding steps as wide as the terrace going down to the yard.
I like the mini barn doors covering the tv.
Another option - more steps down from house to terrace and only one step down from terrace to ground.
I like the lights in the deck.
I like the subway tile backsplash with the darker grout.
I like the idea of the barn door but not the color - I would prefer natural wood. I also like the accent wall behind the bed.
Tub
I like vanity.
Love the tub and shower
Love the cabinets and countertop. Don't like backsplash
Outdoor shower
