Wall built with concrete block - 6"x4" x16" - with a standard concrete cap t match, well tooled joints, then sand blasted upon completion with coarse sand. The 4" high block gives a more refined look and the sandblasting softens the wall revealing the aggregate colors. Brugmansia x candida 'double whilte'
