NB wall fountain east terrace
Attend transition points. Need symmetrical balanced plantings, with our without planters. Transition points are exit to backyard, entrance to eastern garden from backyard and from front lawn, entrance to greenhouse, transition to olive grove. Eastern exit from front terrace, main entrance to front door. Perhaps entrance to garden gate,
Back drop. ? Train jasmine on trellis or diagonals. Anchor ends of garden bed with done height. Camellia is on left already. Is there room for a camellia on right? Balancing act.
Bountiful ortanzas overflowing their buxus edged beds.
Behind fountain. Trellis on hardwood.
Fine mesh to grow fig creeper behind fountain
Succulents to cover low soil at base fountain
Could we use ivy on Colorbond fence. Will need a trellis.
Planned urns in hedged garden beds on approach to terrace. Raise them on little plinths. Box balls in urns
Layers of green. Back terrace. Looking if from rumpus to crepe myrtle s
Diagonal climber. Jasmine would be quick, dry tolerant
Eastern terrace bed- move buxus to create more space, move gardenias forward, then bid leaves- awaited plant from Whitehouse nursery OR white hydrangeas. Or both
Micro buxus edging. Pull planted box back towards path to make space for hydrangeas. Note pot with buxus ball is only as tall as the height of the fountain basin
Diagonalsbon frame solve a problem
Place balls on either side fountain. Tall green behind if at all possible. Otherwise we will need to create diagonal climber grid.
There it is
Note pots with colour- or stay classic with urns?
Would need it on a plinth like here
Here it is. Thanks LeisureCoast garden Center. Maybe buxus pots at side or planted to side. Jasmine diagonals behind/above. All fence screened
Pot a cypress either side fountain- or will they get too large!?
