Sierra bath shower curtain track
Can this work for the pool bathroom?
SIERRA: Girls Bath Accent Tile Idea. I don't love the all square look, but this is kinda fun and pretty in the pix.
MCKENNA (although this is confusing, I don't love this tile) Girls Bath Accent Tile Idea.
SIERRA + MCKENNA: Girls Bath Accent Tile Idea.
Neapolitan bamboo from plyboo
Lots of interesting things in this Project (not just this photo)... Trim, wood cabinets, using a color in the kitchen (not necessarily black though but might be cool), etc.
Idea for 1st floor powder room: Painted glass backsplash for the master bathroom
Bathroom Lighting -- Craig, I think this is what Lisa proposed for the master, where they mount onto the glass. ** this is exactly what I was thinking **
Stacked stone for exterior. Craig -- do you like this?
Cool sink + accessories. Not sure how spendy it would be to find something like this thru the plumbing supplier.
Another entryway wall concept idea (minus the dust traps that will be between al the boards....would have to figure out how to do differently with the same white look between the wood)
Remember for the entryway wall.
Another entryway wall idea.
Wood wall idea for the front door / entry way. Modern look running the full width of the wall.
Just a remember thing....for the pull out rolling cutting board.
Fun idea!
CG: Very slick frosted transom install - also, I like the tile choices in the shower
CG: I like the two tone sink! Also the color combo of wood + white + gold is kinda cool.
Sierra Bath Idea on the Blue Glass Tiles for one wall / area of the shower / bath. LOVE the Built in bench, white framing sits proud of tile - is the flooring a single piece? Also, what's super cool is the 3/4 frosting on the shower glass!
A decent view of u shape stairs and potential storage

***Another BackSplash Tile Pattern Idea**** Super fun for somewhere that we won't get crazy bored with it.
***Tile Backsplash Idea*** Could be in Kitchenette / Somewhere in House depending on tile we pick. NOT THESE COLORS. Looking for better example. But this is a fun way to end the tile in a different type of way vs just straight lines. And have the tile trail off differently up / down / sides.
***Kitchen Backsplash*** If done with tiles, we would want to have larger tiles than this (6x20 seems to be the size most places had...) and laid straight like this. Not brick style.
***Kitchen Backsplash*** Just another view + info on how they did it.
***Kitchen Backsplash*** This could be a little too blue, but same idea as the others. Just a painted glass on this one vs. colored glass.
***Kitchen Backsplash*** This one says it's the color of the glass. Other people say they do painted glass. Others do tiles. We're open to all of the above. Love the look of the giant piece of glass, but that will depend on budget and if we can swing it.
***Hood from another angle / another kitchen*** Same idea of the look though where it sits slimline in the cabinets, above the cooktop. Ours would be wider in real life, 36". https://www.mieleusa.com/domestic/hoods-2484.htm?mat=10355940&name=DA_3496
***HOOD for Cooktop*** Ideally we love this hood. Its slimline and fits right into the cabinets. So above that section where we have the cooktop, we could have a row of cabinets like this, with the hood in the center over the others. NOT FLOATING cabinets like how these look :) Just showing for the hood here. https://www.mieleusa.com/domestic/hoods-2484.htm?mat=10355940&name=DA_3496
***Bathroom Thought/Idea*** Where applicable (pool bath maybe) to only have a countertop + a shelf (again same wood stained material) below. Where you don't need to have a traditional cabinet type setup. Or countertop and one row of drawers + shelf below. Not sure it works for the girls bathrooms, but might. Very open to having nice "shelves" mixed into the bathroom cabinet setup.
***Bathroom Cabinets Concept*** -- Thin or standard thickness countertops in all bathrooms. Not wide/thick countertops. No pulls. Would like a mix of wood + white where we can. Would like a combo of drawers + open shelves if possible (in the girls + pool bath if possible). If we can include a tall cabinet in the master bathroom to one side or both sides, that would be awesome for storage. Master Bath idea would be similar to this image/concept (although not literally the depths and way this is done) to have one tall cabinet to one side. And have giant mirror+lighting combo extend the remainder of the wall. Once size is defined, Shelley can look for the LED/Mirror combo options that would fit and work in the space.
***Pendant Lighting for Kitchen Island*** Researching Cirrus Channel Suspension Light Options + Pricing. Would be cool to have just one long band across. Color + Temp + Wattage TBD to match with canned lights.
***Kitchen Island Lighting*** If we do pendants over the island vs. just only recessed lighting, this is the look. Linear Suspension, Simple LED Bar Lighting.
***Cooktop Flush with Quartz" This is the current induction cooktop we picked. It mounts flush with the countertop. These rock for cleaning!! https://www.mieleusa.com/domestic/cooktops-and-combisets-2473.htm?mat=09775920&name=KM_6375
***Pool Bath*** The fun pop of color in this bathroom could be the shower floor (vs a wall). This tile is @ Bedrosians. The rest of the shower all white tile, larger size tile preferred 12x24 type size. Bathroom vanity/sink in this pool bath can be floating or normal type cabinet (to allow for more storage under sink). Either option works.
***Half Bath*** Floor to Ceiling Mirror. Simple countertop + reveal and sink across. No Cabinet unless necessary. (NOTE: Needs to be thought through with dimensions to be sure if you are using the bathroom, it works out right with toilet / mirror. May need a small cabinet to ensure its OK). This idea kills the pedestal sink idea. And then a strip of something down each of the sides to fill the space if budget allows -- or if the space is narrow enough, just have it be total mirror. It's 3 ft wide there. Would need to be sure the canned lighting in there was substantial. Mirror is divided in two parts (above and below counter) Counter top with sink are made of quartz. We are NOT thinking its this fancy as the image. Not envisioning recessing the mirror, LEDs all along it, no wall mounted faucet. Just showing the concept of how using a plain old mirror from top to bottom behind a plain countertop + sink. No cabinet.
***McK Bathroom Shower*** Accent band of tile. Plain large scale size white tiles (like 12x24 type huge size) through the whole thing, and then just a tall band of a pretty + fun tile from ceiling to just the top of the bench.
***Bathroom Mirrors/Lighting*** Would like to do a combo mirror+lighting in bathrooms where possible. Mirror and lights can be separate OR all one piece like this one. All Bathroom Lighting simple, No sconces. Just a bar of light with the mirror. On the sides or On top. Shelley/Craig can talk with DelMar about sourcing ideas for this + brand options. NEED SIZES / DIMENSIONS for best fit once cabinets are planned.
***Bathroom Mirrors / Lighting*** This is another concept/example of Lighting as a bar across the top of the mirror. For Full Bathrooms. NEED SIZES FOR MIRRORS ONCE CABINETS DEFINED.
***backyard pergola*** We will have Cara place this/draw this into the space when she does the landscape plans. We will still need an engineer / architect to draw the actual structure though for permitting.
*** hardscaping backyard*** another pix showing a mix of materials. We will discuss with Cara hardscaping ideas. She can do both a landscape and hardscape plan if we would like. Will depend on timing / costs / if we agree on styles / etc.
*** hardscaping backyard*** large rectangle stepping stones for front and sides/back. We will discuss with Cara hardscaping ideas. She can do both a landscape and hardscape plan if we would like. Will depend on timing / costs / if we agree on styles / etc.
*** hardscaping backyard***. Another idea of mixing materials / colors / texture in back yard and around the pool. We will discuss with Cara hardscaping ideas. She can do both a landscape and hardscape plan if we would like. Will depend on timing / costs / if we agree on styles / etc.
Idea to remember for using paint as a 3rd color for dimension in the kitchen vs. a 3rd color of cabinet. In case we can't find cabinets that work in the 3 colors together (white gloss, textured "wood" lower and gray upper uppers + pantry)
