Corey loves this chair (Papa Bear chair) for the reading nook.

Would really like to have a small reading nook on the upper level somewhere (hallway, for example). Kids and/or parents can take a break here as needed.

Wood burning stove in the house might be nice. If not, gas fireplaces on the main floor and basement would be desirable.

Floor plan has differentiated spaces, but still open. Use of partial walls (some coming down from the ceiling).

Black window frames throughout the house would be great.

Space saving staircase up to kids bedrooms? (if the house is long can place at back?). This is just a fun (probably unrealistic) idea.

Lots of nice aspects about this home (please view all photos in the project), natural light, light floors, seamless trans to outdoor space, stairwells, the office with the built in whiteboard.

We like built ins for our library. Not necessarily these, but we need storage at least this amount of storage for books.

Built ins keep things off of tables and allow for multi-purpose storage.
