The Barn
Situated within the Green Belt on the outskirts of Epping Forest, the existing house was in need of refurbishment and we decided to upgrade the existing house and enhance the exterior with highly tactile material and careful detailing. The original house is retained in its majority, the dormers re-clad in timber and the new large windows increase natural light to the interiors. This is a bold, highly architectural design that is respectful of the mature setting.
