Full kitchen renovation
This kitchen was a classic Bulgarra house kitchen; narrow benchtop, huge built in pantry with no functionality and teeny tiny oven not suited to a growing family
We designed this kitchen to mimic the old layout but utilise the space better, add a breakfast bar and use tones that would tie modern to timeless.
We achieved this through using white cabinetry on the floor and featuring the timber look Laminex on the pantry and overhead cupboards. We also went with recessed handles, featuring timber look trims to showcase the modern details.
The pantry was designed to be smaller but not lack any storage, so we have 2 pullout drawers and 3 shelves - this really is the way to move forward with pantry’s - nothing gets lost/forgotten on the bottom shelves as you’re constantly pulling them out, nothing can be pushed to the back
