When this young family renovated a listed property, creating a large open family room in the back of the building, it called for a kitchen with large island. Storage was important, along with worktop space. We created a feature by building out a wall with shelves, adding a point of interest in that part of the room. Storage ran around the island and in tall units, and we opted for a sink at the back so that washing up does not clutter a beautiful island in this busy family kitchen! A feature extractor was added to bring a bit of drama to this corner of the room.
