This space was created as a Great Room that allows everyone to gather in a comfortable space, without cramping anyone's access to the chores that go along with preparing food and drink for everyone while you entertain.
The kitchen has proffessional grade appliances that include a large range with double ovens and ventilation system, two sinks available for prep and cleanup, two full sized dishwashers and a dish drawer for fine china and glass ware, to insure that you always have clean serving dishes.
The two separate islands provide plenty of room for those that want to socialize with the cooks.
The traffic flows quite naturaly into the expansive Family Room which, in turn, flows into the Game Room, complete with a bar, equipped with a bar sink, dishwasher and icemaker.
Throw in 6 flat screen TV's, a custom pool table and now you have the perfect space for 50+ relatives and friends for any occassion.
The Kitchen and Family Room flooring is imported limestone that flows from beyond the entry way, to make the flow consistant.
The Game Room floor is reclaimed, custom hand-scraped (not machine scraped) walnut. These surfaces are durable and provide warmth & beauty for a lifetime.
