Light, Bright Kitchen Renovation
This kitchen transformation by the team at Smith & Sons Blenheim makes better use of the available space and creates a more open-plan, modern living and dining area. The owner wanted a light, white and blue space so the team at Blenheim worked through the design options to bring their vision to life.
The old kitchen was enclosed and dated so a new layout was designed to create easier access through removing part of the wall and pulling down the old overhead cabinetry separating the living areas.
The project included new lighting, flooring in wood plank vinyl, new white cabinetry and a central island bench, a full repaint in Resene 1/4 tea, and the teal blue subway tiles give the kitchen a touch of colour and personality.
