A complete first floor remodel transformed this 1980’s townhome from glue-down carpet and plastic laminate cabinets to random-width hardwood floors, new custom cabinetry throughout and an upgraded trim package. The creation of a 2nd floor mezzanine sitting area enhanced the foyer; and adding features like a Native Trails Old-world Vanity, vessel sink and wall-mounted faucet enriched the powder bath. Gutting the old kitchen & laundry allowed for a more modern, efficient cabinet layout with room for a Suede granite-topped 3-seater island and a reading/TV nook. From the Kohler farm sink is a cozy view of the dining room with a Majestic see-through fireplace and Knotty Alder bookcase/hutch. On the living room side, paneled columns abut this fireplace drawing eyes up to the V-joint tongue-and-groove vaulted ceiling. French doors now invite one into the master suite including the relocated laundry facility within the reconfigured master bath. Don’t miss this great transformation.
