This two-bedroom unit was in need of updating all over and while budget was an issue as the unit was going to be sold.
We started by stripping the kitchen down and spraying the cupboards with Dulux renovation range, the benchtop was resurfaced using Dulux Duramax granite spray cans and organised an electrician to change the oven, cooktop and lights throughout.
Ceilings were original vermiculite and were sprayed throughout and walls and woodwork painted throughout.
This unit is flooded with natural light and with it being freshly painted opened the unit up even more.
