Having bought a house in serious disrepair, GC had their work cut out for them. It was a small 2 BR, 1 BA home with 7′ ceilings and had been neglected for years. GC thoroughly gutted the house back to the exterior walls, raised the ceiling, and started from scratch. This renovation is certainly different from their previous projects.
