No.54 InteriorsA drab, unused, awkward space became a bright, fresh, colourful and creative home office with this transformation. Somewhere to feel inspired and organised, but somewhere also to relax and read in quiet tranquillity. A neutral backdrop in the most subtle of pale pinks provided a calm canvas for hits of bright colour, feminine patterns and luxurious textures ensuring the scheme remained vibrant without being over the top.

Daisy Whittaker DesignsThis project was such a trans-formative one, taking a dull home office and creating a beautiful and purposeful space that the home owner looked forward to using. Clever storage and bespoke joinery complete the room perfectly and compliment the neutral base tones used. Accents of earthy colours help to create a cosy environment and layered textures soften the space. Stylish pieces were used for styling and help to add depth to an otherwise very functional room.

Heartlands Building CompanyA new home office addition built above the existing home game room addition. The project is finished with custom stained cedar tongue and groove vaulted ceilings, staying consistent with the outdoor room and game room ceilings. The new home office addition includes new flooring, new windows, and a custom sliding barn door stained to match the ceilings.
Seasons in ColourThe husband's office on the ground floor was given a mid-century makeover. It is the smallest room in the house. The captains desk is from the 1940s and it has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The lamp is by Anglepoise. The swivel chair is from Made.com.
The Enigma wallpaper from Farrow & Ball was chosen because of the owner's love for maths and as it was 1940s themed. The rest of the walls are painted in Farrow and Ball Parma Grey.

Sai InteriorsWe love a challenge and this space was certainly that! Just six metres square, the client wanted a complete revamp of this space to create a home office during the day and a snug in the evening where she could relax and watch television. We designed and created a space which had plenty of storage with this beautiful bespoke unit in a warm wood. We opted for soft olive green for the walls and added a huge statement mustard sofa. Throw in a couple of gorgeous velvet botanical print cushions and artwork and the transformation was complete. A beautiful office and snug area that is zoom ready!
Jaclyn Grace DesignsThe Happiest Office design was created for our full-time remote working client. They asked us to convert their camper into an office, that could easily convert back to a camper for weekend adventures.
We took inspiration from the punchy orange exterior of the Happier Camper and added even more California flair to it with an amazing (and fully removable) poppy wallpaper.
We wanted to create a secondary space for our client, so that she could have a change of scenery mid-day or space to relax in-between calls and soak up the CA rays. We designed a cozy sitting area out back, with a pair of black modern rocking chairs and black and white rug. On cooler days, work gets done with the back hatch open looking out onto her outdoor living room, essentially doubling the size of her office space. The monochromatic outdoor furniture design is accented with hints of orange and yellow, and an embroidered poppy pillow completes the look.

The Numen StudioEste proyecto de Homestaging fue especial por muchos motivos. En primer lugar porque contábamos con un diamante en bruto: un duplex de dos habitaciones con muchísimo encanto, dos plantas comunicadas en altura, la segunda de ellas abuhardillada con techos de madera y un espacio diáfano con muchísimas posibilidades y sobre todo por estar en el centro de San Lorenzo de Es Escorial, un lugar mágico, rodeado de edificios singulares llenos de color.
Sin duda sus vistas desde el balcón y la luz que entraba por sus inmensos ventanales de techo a suelo eran su punto fuerte, pero necesitaba una pequeña reforma después de haber estado alquilado muchos años, aunque la cocina integrada en el salón sí estaba reformada.
Los azulejos del baño de la primera planta se pintaron de un verde suave y relajado, se cambiaron sanitarios y grifería y se colocó un espejo singular encontrado en un mercado de segunda mano y restaurado. Se pintó toda la vivienda de un blanco crema suave, asimismo se pintó de blanco la carpintería de madera y las vigas metálicas para potenciar la sensación de amplitud
Se realizaron todas aquellas pequeñas reparaciones para poner la vivienda en óptimo estado de funcionamiento, se cambiaron ventanas velux y se reforzó el aislamiento.
En la segunda planta cambiamos el suelo de gres por una tarima laminada en tono gris claro resistente al agua y se cambió el suelo del baño por un suelo vinílico con un resultado espectacular
Y para poner la guinda del pastel se realizó un estudio del espacio para realizar un homestaging de amueblamiento y decoración combinando muebles de cartón y normales más fotografía inmobiliaria para destacar el potencial de la vivienda y enseñar sus posibles usos que naturalmente, son propuestas para que luego el inquilino haga suya su casa y la adapte a su modo de vida.
Todas las personas que visitaron la vivienda agradecieron en contar con el homestaging para hacerse una idea de como podría ser su vida allí

It allows the worker enjoyment of 360 degree views of skies, trees and plants, but also offers a spot to reflect quietly in the sofa area.
