This house has been designed to utilise the owner’s block to the best of its ability. Built to comply with bushfire attack regulations this home has a no expense spared feel about it, with its solid timber floors with matching decking and structural hardwood posts. The owners of this home had a very specific ‘Plantation Style’ look they wanted to achieve and they were also very precise when it came to the layout. The entertaining deck stands 5 metres off of the ground to capture the surrounding hinterland views. This property features a sewage treatment system as there is no town sewage. There is also no town water so we fitted three 15,000 litre Poly Water Tanks all neatly tucked under the house for aesthetic reasons. A Solar Hot Water was also installed at the owner’s request.
